I finally pulled the trigger and signed both my wife and I up for a year after meeting the owner and touring the gym. First off there is a Kids area to drop off our little ones while either my wife or I use the facility. Second, the facility is very well built with ample room for large classes or open gym use. Third, the workouts built around the class schedule (both the fitness and performance classes) makes the money spent here well worth it. The trainers are very welcoming and informative which takes away from the intimidation of the "just getting back into it" stage. There have been several different occasions where I didn't feel like showing up and strolled in late hoping to just get my own work in for the day and leave without having to talk to or be seen by anyone. Each time the trainer or owner have pulled me into class, showed me the moves and explained the class structure so that I end up getting in better work than I would have on my own. I left feeling better physically and mentally each time. There are a few apps that link to the gym which help to track progress and help to connect with other members. Special Thanks to Rachel, Wade and Jacqui for being welcoming and encouraging.

Great facilities and I have a great trainer. The best part is before I ever started is I was asked what do I want to accomplish? My training program is now tailored to helping me accomplish my goals. Very grateful!

I have been a member for only a few short days but I love it. I love the variety of the workouts and I’m so happy with the community. I am so glad I made the switch.

People are friendly, willing to take time to show modifications and proper form. I like that there are all levels of experience and that it is a group of people that are all individually improving their fitness.

Coaches are always willing to help with modifications if you need something to be more/less challenging. Seeing your heart rate on the monitor is a great motivator.

Very welcoming environment! I was visiting from Michigan and they were very nice and inclusive. Cole was encouraging and gave great tips on form and technique. I will definitely come back next time I visit!

Fit Society is overall a great gym where everyone will feel welcome and supported, you will find all ages, shapes and fit conditions working out together. The facility is great because it was designed by the owner and his trainers to fit the workouts they offer with plenty of space. They offer 2 different workout classes almost every hour on the hour, or you can simply show up anytime and do your own workout. The trainers are all very nice and encouraging, NOT Drill Sargent's, they always show you how to do each exercise and will correct bad form during the workouts to keep you from getting injured. The members are also very encouraging and supportive to one another and are friendly, talkative, and funny, which creates a great fun workout environment. Now, the workouts are no joke, they are tough but doable, because you can adjust each exercise to fit your abilities. The workouts are different every single day and each one encompasses a vast range of exercise styles, from CrossFit to HIIT, and from muscle isolation to full body compound movements. It's not a gym where you just go through the motions, and socialize, you're there to workout and they will work you out! I highly recommend trying them out and go to 4-5 classes in your week trial so you get a good feel the various workouts, but take it very easy (lite weighs, less sets/reps, longer rests...) so you don't get too sore or tired and it stays enjoyable and you want to go back. Best of luck to you!
