The knowledge and atmosphere at Compass is motivation enough to go train. In fact it is so great I am taking time on my birthday to let all know that Will and Scott are the best!

Highly recommend Compass. Will and Scott do a fantastic job at meeting their clients where they are and creating a plan that will help them achieve their individualized goals. The small group format creates camaraderie, without distracting from one-on-one assistance. Since I started, I've lost more than 20lbs.

I really enjoy working out with Will and Scott at Compass Fitness. They work hard to customize your personal workout plan. I've only been working out here for a month and I already see results! I love being able to work out with a trainer but also learn the moves on my own. They are great at motivating and providing support for everyone that comes to work out.

I’m so happy to be working out at Compass fitness. I’ve had a handful of upscale personal trainers in the past and they don’t hold a candle to what Will and Scott are doing for me. Worth every penny. Biggest bang for your buck. No time is waisted and they are very positive, understanding and comfortable to be around.

I can't speak highly enough about Compass Fitness! They've got two trainers on staff. Both are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.I've never belonged to a gym or anything like this. I came here after some physical therapy for back surgery. I was not in good shape to say the least. Will and Scott put me with people closest to my abilities. They created a personalized exercise routine that looked after my back. It has changed as I've become stronger and healthier. Daily I feel much better now than when I joined Compass.Compass Fitness has a highly encouraging and supportive atmosphere. Signing up was the greatest thing I've done for myself in a while. I look forward to Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I'd recommend Compass to anyone!

I am not a huge fan of exercise, but I know it’s required in order to stay healthy, especially as I age. Scott and Will have created an accepting and fun atmosphere, ensuring that no matter how grumpy I am when I arrive, I leave feeling better. The workout plans are designed to meet my fitness goals. They help me find my growth edge and provide the guidance and encouragement to help me exceed it. In the year I’ve been working out at Compass Fitness, I feel stronger and fitter, more confident in my body, and experience less chronic pain.
