My first time going to Orangetheory was yesterday and I don’t know why I took so long to try them out. I loved everything about this place, the staff was welcoming, friendly (like in a genuine way), funny and down to earth. Rob’s class was upbeat, exciting, challenging but also doable. He was also very motivating and engaged with everyone. If you’re thinking about taking a class don’t think twice you’ll love it 🥰 !

I started Orangetheory in Seattle and loved it, so when I moved to Charleston I immediately searched for an OT. The workouts are great, varied, and challenge me every visit (3+ times a week).But that’s not the secret to why classes at this location are so enjoyable. The reason? The coaches. The office & front desk. The people make the location a step above: Current coaches Mary, Jackson, Rob, Gabby, Sam. Manager Tessa, for her patience and thoughtfulness and kindness. Former coaches Josh, Cam, Cory, Kelly (miss those faces for sure).Go for the excellent workouts. Stay for the friends you make.

I have never been someone who enjoys working out but I love working out at OTF! The instructors at this location are encouraging and knowledgeable and all of the staff are very friendly. They make coming to the gym enjoyable. I highly recommend joining Orange Theory, especially at this location!

I usually hate going to the gym because I have no clue what I'm doing. At OTF, I can just turn my brain off and follow along with the instructor--which sounds like a nice, easy work out, but it's still very motivating! One of the coaches, Mary, knows just how hard to push each person to help them get their best result without too much pressure. The heart rate monitors are also a great motivator for me personally, and they help each person compete with themselves, rather than with the rest of the class. I don't think I've ever had such effective and fun workouts before. There is also a strong sense of community that you won't find at other gyms. Highly recommend to anyone who is bored/overwhelmed with their current workout routine!

The workouts are 10/10 and not a single second is wasted in the gym! The coaches are always engaged with the class and they keep you motivated the entire time! I love the variety of the workouts as well. It never gets boring or redundant especially when you take 5-6 classes a week. The coaches are all amazing and I really appreciate the fact that they make an effort to know your fitness level and how far you should push yourself in class (tread spread/weight choice/etc). Bonus points for playing epic playlists every class!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about OTF!! I only wish I joined sooner :)
