I love that the workout changes each day and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. The condensed format of the workouts allows me to burn a huge amount of calories in a short amount of time. If you are looking for a challenging but fun workout, this is for you!

OT has really been the best thing I could have done for myself! It has increased my energy as well as strength. I am striving every week for new goals and the great coaches are always there to help you do just that. I highly recommend for anyone that just needs a different exercise routine. OTF Charleston is awesome! All of the coaches are so supportive and encouraging. The workouts are different everyday and the challenges make you try your very best. My 6:15am class is great! Totally a great experience for me. I never liked working out, but now I totally enjoy it!!
