I've been going here for years and the past couple months I've been trying to let this slide but now that the 2 employees that are always working are dating and therefor not doing their job. Last time I was there, they were throwing yoga balls at each other and the balls were bouncing off other equipment. The next time I was there, I needed to get a towel because every single basket in the gym qas empty but they were very busy TAKING A WALK AROUND THE BUILDING.

Good gym. Has a sauna, large locker rooms with plenty of showers, cardio theater, fair amount of space and modern equipment. Decent customer service and 24 hours. Also nice that there are 2 locations in town. The one off college is definitely the nicer one. No showers in the location off I-25 so I stopped going to that one.

friendly staff, great selection of equipment, cleanliness is obviously a priority, and my personal favorite is the private women's workout area!

I love that they are open 24 hours, however, I work out earlier in the morning and leave at 6:00 am due to having to be at work by 7:30. The staff hours start at 9:00, so if I wanted a protein shake after I work out, I am unable to get one. Maybe think about changing staff hours to accommodate those who work out early in the morning? Just a thought.

I went in to inquire about a membership but the front desk girl was unfriendly and snobby. Also, prices are much higher but with comparatively no difference in benefits compared to their cheaper competitor.

well rounded workout environment. bunches of great machines, free weights and more. There's also a rock climbing wall and a sauna and each bathroom along with a boxing room. The downside is that there is no basketball courts or courts of any sort. or swimming pool besides that great.

My husband and I go to this gym because it’s 24 hours and it’s near our house. The one downfall to this gym is how busy it is from about 4:30pm-7pm. There’s so many young adults who go to the equipment and take over a lot of them and then walk away and talk in groups and the equipment is taken and the people who want to get their workout done, can’t because someone else is on it and won’t finish. Another plus we enjoy is the tanning bed and sauna

I've been to another gym in town for the same price and it's crazy how much this gym is better. I really really appreciate the women's only room (which is a little small but better than nothing!) because being in a gym which is usually full of big bulky dudes is a bit scary, especially for me, who's pretty new to all this. For the most part I only really use the women's room, the cardio theater (which is so great, by the way? The movie takes my mind off of how much I'm suffering) and the group fitness room when nothing is scheduled but I love it so much. It's got a very cozy feeling to it all. The locker room area is great. I can't wait to try the sauna. It's usually quite clean and I'm so thankful for it. Usually it's not too busy to keep me from enjoying the time I stay there. I'm so thankful that the gym is always open, too. Sometimes you need a spontaneous workout at a time you may not be feeling your best.

Small which is good and not too busy. No sauna here unfortunately. Got to go to the other location for that. Observation I have never been a male only sauna in memory. Back in the UK & Sweden saunas are mixed? Maybe it’s because the puritans came here in 1620😎🇬🇧 …
