About 10 months ago I started working with Britt. Because of circumstances we needed to work together remotely. Britt helped me set goals that were manageable. Using various technologies, she shared and patiently demonstrated and explained various exercises, building on my level of fitness. Using her professional knowledge, she was able to adapt movements to accommodate past injuries and build stamina. Her gentle encouragement helped me build a three mile a day walking routine. Britt’s support continues to motivate me to meet new but realistic fitness goals.

Britt at Fitness for All is the best. Very down to earth. Helps with your personal fitness goals- not a one size fits all place, will help with modifications if you need it. Fun workouts, you can make quick or stay as long as you need. Good bang for your buck. Love my SaturdayMornings there!

Brittney was wonderful to work with. Took the time to customize a plan specifically to address my wants and needs. Was tremendously flexible when I needed to modify our schedule. Not to mention she was a blast to chat and hang out with while we had our personal training sessions. Highly reccomend seeking her expertise out!

Coach Eskam is extremely knowledgeable, and puts together EXCELLENT programming. Both her private training and open circuits are super effective and fun!
