I gave this gym a chance and I am so glad I did! I’ve never been one who like working out, but this gym has me actually excited to go every day. The staff, trainers, and the rest of the clients are so welcoming. The classes are challenging, fun, and always different! Since the classes are only 30 minutes, it’s easy to fit into most any schedule!

I have been a member at HIIT 30 for 4 years now, and I can honestly say it's the best gym I've ever been part of! The workouts are fun and challenging, and the coaches are firm but compassionate, encouraging us to do and be our best.

All I can say is wow!!! This place is amazing. No judgment, come as you are, high intense workout. The personal trainer Jack Hayes is beyond incredible. He takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page with all the workouts. He has a lot of energy and motivates you to give it everything you have. It may only be 30 minutes, but that's all you need with this program.
