For most of my adult life I've tried to become a consistent exerciser, one who was committed and determined to follow through and be consistent. The closest I have come to attaining that goal is when I joined Mary's Fitness in 2019, first as part of active aging, second when I utilized her one-on-one training for four months, and then another stab at active aging. Sadly, my aging body keeps short-circuiting healthwise, but if and when I get back on the bandwagon, you can bet it will be at Mary's Fitness. Mary knows her stuff forward and backwards, up and down...no doubt the best trainer in Cheyenne!

Summer Fitness Camps with Mary and Patrick and now twice weekly Fitness Classes with Patrick, have made a huge difference for our grandson! The opportunities to become physically and mentally stronger as well as the social interaction with peers are beyond measure. We are so grateful to Mary and Patrick, not only for the program, but also for caring about and uplifting every participant. Huge thanks to all of you!

Can’t say enough about Mary’s Gym! I was very reluctant to jump back into the fitness world; the pandemic had taken it’s toll on my body and mind. Heard about Mary’s through word of mouth and decided to give it a try. On arrival Mary was extremely friendly and eager to help. She set me up with Patrick Cunningham, a fitness guru, and with Patrick’s help and dedication he has gotten me out of the rut I was in and has pushed me beyond what I thought was possible. Mary and the staff work to ensure the workout not only challenges and moves you forward but is suitable for you. They are always open to help you achieve your goals and stretch them. I came to Mary’s seeking better strength and fitness yet feeling uncertain if i could keep up and if my health and movement challenges would prevent success. Mary not only accepted my challenges without a blink, she easily adapted moves for me without it ever seeming like a big deal or that I was behind. My stress is decreased, my body is stronger, and I look forward to each class and the supportive boot camp group.

This is your one-stop destination for TOTAL fitness: cardio, strength. agility and flexibility. Plus Mary can assist with nutritional advice for optimum athletic performance or to lose or maintain your proper weight. The atmosphere is pleasant and your classmates often become your friends, which is a big bonus to keep showing up. Her Boot Camps are outstanding and not one-size fits all, so you are free to work at a level appropriate for you and to improve from there. And the best news is that EVERYONE at Mary's Fitness improves! But, part of the responsibility is yours. YOU have to walk through the door.

Mary's always been flexible in helping me to achieve my goals from nutrition to fitness. Most trainers seem to push you to injury but there is no pressure from Mary to work beyond what your capabilities are. She takes her work seriously and she's truly vested in your progress!!

I've been doing the Women and Weights class for 7 months. Its helped me with weight loss and physical and core strength that I had lost over the years! I recommend Mary's Fitness to anyone young or old. Group or personal training, she's the BOMB!

Great ladies yoga class. Meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8 AM. Pay by class or by month. Highly recommend the movement class. It runs for 6 weeks. Mary also does private training. Suggest you check out an active aging class. I do the drop in system. No membership fee!
