WTW Fitness completely changed my outlook on fitness and health! After having my son, I had lost my confidence and felt that my body was not my own. Brett & this program changed all of that! He kept up on how things were going and made the workouts fun and always switched things up for us! It didn’t ever get repetitive because he was always challenging us and motivating us. I was doing workouts that I didn’t think I could do and I felt muscle gains that I didn’t think I could get all from working out for 30 min a day! Love these workouts and I want to thank Brett for all of this hard work!

This is a great workout app. Brett is an awesome coach. He knows how to motivate you and still make it fun!! I’ve been doing this for the last 7 months 4 days a week and I haven’t felt this good in years. Any age can do it. I highly recommend trying this out!!

I love Brett’s enthusiasm and encouragement. The 30 minute workouts allow for flexibility in your schedule and the convenience of an at home (or on the road) workout is something I really like. I also appreciate that Brett offers modifications for all the exercises so you never have to skip one if you have an issue. Brett is clearly committed to each participant’s success for physical and nutritional health. I highly recommend Worth the Work Fitness!

Worth the Work Fitness is an incredible program! It is such a great, efficient, convenient workout. I never liked working out. It seemed to be a chore. It always took too long, the programs never worked, and I was never motivated. It took Brett and his program to get me moving! He is an incredibly engaging and motivating instructor! His workouts were phenomenal! And we were able to choose from multiple workouts depending on what we wanted to work on. It was flexible, convenient, motivating, and life changing! Try it once, I did, and it changed my life!

I love everything that Worth the Work Fitness has to offer. Fun, quick, and most importantly, effective workouts! Brett does every workout with you so you’re never working out alone, you always have someone sweating beside you encouraging you along the way. I know that when I’m working out at the gym and find myself tired I’ll sometimes slow down and stop pushing myself. Brett makes sure you push yourself while also reassuring you to not over do it. He wants to help you be your best self and Worth the Work Fitness does just that! As a mom of a 2 year old I find going to the gym to be challenging at times. But having at home workouts at my finger tips to do whenever I can helps ensure I get my daily dose of exercise in which keeps me in good physical shape as well as good mental shape. Highly recommend!

Worth the Work is awesome! The UI is simple and clean. It’s incredibly easy to access everything. The workouts are perfectly timed. It only takes 25 min daily which is the perfect amount to get it done and move on with your day. Originally, I subscribed to this service as a temporary option while I figured out a new gym situation. After the first two weeks, this became a permanent Gym REPLACEMENT. I use these workouts almost every day and I don't have to drive 30 minutes back and forth to the gym. I used it so much that my kid and my husband started joining in.Brett is awesome too. He makes working out fun. Highly recommended!

This is the type of work out we all need - challenging, encouraging, and not time consuming. Brett does a great job of mixing things up and keeping it fun. I much prefer a HIIT workout in the comfort of my own home than at the gym. Thanks for being a relatable trainer! It’s worth the work!

The HIIT format of workouts has changed my life. Brett takes the time to explain each exercise clearly and gives you alternatives if you are unable to do the workouts. He keeps you motivated throughout the workout and the greatest part is he does every second of the workout with you! Being able to do these on my own time at home and not having to worry about getting to a gym at 5 in the morning to be in a class has been amazing as well. I was worried about doing that at home at first ... But I've lost over 45 pounds, have gone from a XXL shirt to a medium and a size 36 waist to a size 32 waist thanks to these workouts, nutrition advice and accountability. The groups private Facebook page is a way for all of his clients to keep in touch and keep each other motivated! I highly, highly, highly recommend Worth the Work Fitness!
