The gym is very well kept and clean. The owner and managers are friendly. They are very responsive to your concerns and surveys. I've seen new machines in there as a result of surveys. Overall it just feels like my friendly neighborhood gym. They may not have as many machines or a pool like an Xport or Lifetime, but they still have everything you need to strength train in a welcoming environment. There are parking spaces to use and generally the gym is not overcrowded. The most I've had to wait was 10 minutes. I love feeling at home here and have been coming here for 5 years now. Would hate to move out of the area because this is definitely my home away from home.

clean and well equipped. The staff and members are very respectful. I have been a member for a year. The only thing is that the space is limited and once it gets busy there is no more room for others.
