This gym is amazing. Even though it’s part of a chain it feels like a small local gym. The ownership is always present and taking care of things. It’s clean and has new reliable equipment! Going here during a pandemic it has eased my fears of going to the gym again.

This is a fantastic gym with tremendous and attentive ownership. Rich is consistently requesting feedback from the patrons and actually implements the suggestions. The fact that he's trying to keep his patrons safe as well as healthy is just a cherry on top. If you're in the area and need a gym, you should give this location a try.

Extremely disappointing, unethical leadership which unfortunately trickles down to various employees. The owners, who also manage the 1346 West Devon location, are typical of the contemporary hyper partisan type, or at least it would appear so based on behavior. The following are indicative examples;-Regardless of local, state or federal Covid (and related masking) laws, the owners and many employees take joy and pride in ruthlessly exercising needless authority. Logic, current scientific knowledge (which is always a work in progress), common sense, and rationality are irrelevant. What is relevant are their rules as they deem fit and boy you better listen! They may long be one of the last gyms in the city requiring masks and tests, with zero basis, but you better believe their self righteous high horse and the control it affords them is what's best for you! Oh wait, there is a basis...-The owners have numerous times engaged in blatant, unequivocally clear instances of lying. They have clearly expressed via their actions they have zero problem trampling over others rights, well being, and the truth, in order to facilitate the outcome they deem best for themselves. And best for you, don't forget! They're just that awesome, because the news told them so.-Segueing from above, employees, those they hire to represent themselves, their company, and their "values", have engaged in the same. Of note, one of their employees, Adrian Aguilar, has not only engaged in defamatory harassment of gym members, he, in his role as a personal trainer, lied to all current and former clients (which, of course, the owners knew about). He marketed himself as ACE certified when that is simply false. He is not, and has not been for a very long time.If you in any way are perceived to be anything other than adherent to the self righteous, power hungry, superior world view described above, look elsewhere. There are many gyms who truly accept anyone and everyone as they are, while simultaneously engaging in rational, professional business practices.(Trust the one star reviews below. They have every reason and right to be upset).

I am from out of state and was walking into this location for the second day in a row and was asked to leave because I did not have proof of a vaccine card. I was really angry that the first day I worked out there which was yesterday June 1st from 11am to 12pm NONE of the staff approached me to ask me where my vaccine card was. The state where I am from California does NOT have a vaccine mandate and neither does the city of Chicago I was VERY upset for the owner asking me to leave. It's a very personal choice and question to ask which I don't believe I should be inclined to share in order to workout at a gym.

Was traveling through Chicago and decided to drop-in to do a workout. Manager was extremely courteous and helpful. Facilities were top notch and clean. Everyone wearing masks! Overall great experience and super glad I decided to stop by. Will visit again!

Sure thing maybe me and you’re trainer had a lot in common…. I don’t feel bad for giving you one star. For you keep saying me and you’re trainer has a lot in common just annoying, I don’t really care about $15. The moment I cancel my membership I stop going to you’re gym, and also for you watching and CREEPING my social media and telling that to an email is disturbing…..

Seemingly one of the last places that enforces the vaccine card BS…Manager didn’t see me come in but interrupts me mid-workout (as I’m isolated in the corner) to tell me I need to show him my vaccine card or get out. What a joke!

Management keeps the gym very clean and the members all seem to be respectful. It’s a great place to workout!

Perfect size gym that is not crazy busy, in a convenient location, great equipment, super clean, and free parking.

This is the first gym where I feel very comfortable and not judged for being bigger bodied. Good management and team. Thank you!
