There's nothing better then coming into this community for a workout. Not only is the programming superb but the community makes you feel right at home. There's so many different personalities that you immediately find your groove whether that's to come in and move around, recover, have fun or get into the best shape of your life. Going to the gym is already a win, going to a gym community you love is an all around great choice.

I’ve always admired CrossFit Athletes and have been equally intimated by the sheer thought of attempting to be one, so when a friend recommended Bluprint I obviously walked in with all kinds of skeptics. I am 3-months into it now and I am so glad that I gave it a shot. From day one all the coaches & athletes have been incredibly encouraging & supportive (which is rare these days). I have seen a significant transformation not just physically but mentally, which was even more important to me. I see the right long term habits being built & self accountability established. I came across bluprint on Instagram and I'm so glad I did. I have seen great improvement in my body strength, gains and I lost weight. I love that the coaches motivate you and explain all the workout movements. Here they have work outs for every level. And the accountability keeps me coming back.

Great gym with coaches who not only encourage you to reach your full potential, but guide you in the process of doing the movement correctly to prevent injury. Never new the importance of mobility and cool down but grateful to have it apart of the daily schedule/routine.

I cannot express how much I love this place. If you’re looking for a safe, healthy environment with a great community and coaches that holistically care for you, this is it! I’ve been going to this gym for the last three years and I have made so many gains in all areas of my health (nutrition, sleep, water, and workouts.) More importantly though, with their help I’ve created a lifestyle I really love. It’s still not perfect and there are some weeks I just miss the mark, but I know my coaches are always there to help me get back on track. I am unfortunately moving out of state so I have to say goodbye, but I know the habits they have helped me create will continue with me moving forward and keep me on track!

There are only two reasons I am happy to get up at 5am: for vacation travel or to make my 6am class at Bluprint. I joined this gym in September of 2020- in the middle of a pandemic and major life changes. Being a part of this community has changed me - I am the strongest physically, mentally and spiritually I have ever been. I credit the amazing coaching and athletes for creating a supportive, inclusive environment with just the healthiest amount of competitiveness. All of the coaches bring different skills and gifts and each one is special- but all ALL have the knowledge and training to keep us all safe. The program is well designed to ensure whole body metcons and strength training. Becoming a part of the Blu Cru is one of the best decisions I could have made.

Weights were new to me and intimidating, but the coaches at Bluprint have done a great job of modifying workouts and explaining how to perform moves properly! There's also a variety of ages and body types that initially attracted me to crossfit, and that is definitely reflected at Bluprint! If you're looking for a gym, this place is worth a try!

FLEXIBLE HOURS, EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICING, SHOWERS, and the most frigin’ cute mascot pup ever… But this place really shines in it’s supportive member community.I’m 50 & reasonably good health. I never did cross fit before. I swam in high school, cycled, ran and then discovered rowing in my late 40’s. I was never a compulsive athlete and incorporated moderate physical activity in my daily life. I tore my mcl in my right knee twice.But as I got older I noticed my mobility was freezing up, my endurance weakened, and I felt a lesser version of my younger self.A big reservation about CrossFit was my preconceived notion of Bro gym culture.That was dispelled ASAP: at least half the members are women. Body types range from the extremely athletic who’ve been doing it for years to people like me who just began. Everyone is understanding and encouraging- the only person I’m competing with as myself.Since joining just over two months ago, I’ve gained strength, mobility and endurance. Do I have the 6 pack and bulging biceps? Nope, but If I continue on course I’ll keep getting stronger and my body will gradually adjust.Mad props to Byron & Janelle for opening Blueprint fitness.

In just a short 6 weeks period, I improved on many areas, lost body fat percentage, and boosted my confidence to keep going forward. Highly recommend anyone interested in getting back in shape after slow or no results at a regular gym, this gym actually makes you want to go and get the workout done. So glad I participated in this amazing gym.
