The entire residential building next door has been pleading with them to enforce the use of crash pads so they stop waking everyone up at 6 am. It's been months and nothing. I'm not sure how difficult it is for them to post a sign in their gym but I bet it's easier than me posting this review. Bad neighbors.

Don't teach the proper way of using crash pads and cinder block walls are falling apart.

I was only a member for a few months and I had nothing but positive experiences with DSCF. The owner, JJ, truly cares about the community and fitness and was extremely welcoming and approachable.

Best drop-in experience we've had. Great workouts, quality coaching, and they even gave us a long list of things to do in the city while we visited.

One of the best fitness experiences of my life. I started as a brand new crossfitter coming from a fitness background of a yoga and a little lifting. I felt welcomed by the entire DSCF family. Couch JJ has extensive fitness knowledge and was always available to answer my questions and took time to address some of my specific concerns and goals on my fitness journey. There are always scaled down options for workouts and he gave me tips to modify aspects of the WOD to meet my specific needs. The workouts for the next day are consistently posted each night on the DSCF website which made it convenient to know what you would be getting into the next day.If you're new to crossfit I highly recommend starting at this gym. It's incredibly hard work, don't get me wrong, but building your athleticism and getting the best shape is absolutely worth it and DSCF is a fantastic environment to do just that.

I really like being a member here. The owner JJ has created it from scratch and it's great to see how much passion he has for the place!I don't know how prices compare to other boxes but I think I get out of it what I put in.I like all the instructors. I really like feeling like someone is helping me improve, get better, push myself but also not do stuff with really dumb form and breaking my whole body.
