This is the best gym I've belonged to in a long time. It has your typical CrossFit and boot camp style classes. However, it has really great coaches that cater to all athletic levels. I even had a shoulder injury and the coaches developed some separate workouts so I could still participate while I was rehabbing. Also, the gym is really big so you never feel too cramped.

Great place whether you are on a beginner or advanced fitness level since there are 2 types of classes: bootcamp and crossfit. I am taking the bootcamp class and I really enjoy it. The coaches are highly professional and the group class atmosphere is fun and welcoming💪🏻🙌 …

Great people. Very knowledgeable. You dont have to be a pro, they will work with you to help you meet your goals. All I have to do is show up and they will get me through class. It's tough but you will feel great about yourself.

This review is way overdue. My husband and I joined in August of 2020. He did not want to join, and I told him to just try one free class. Now he loves Dog House Crossit, goes way more than I do, and has even done some personal training sessions. The coaches are very professional and motivating, and the members have been really friendly and welcoming. The Wods seem very organized, which I really appreciate. There is always enough equipment here for everyone during a wod. Additionally, the box is very big, and social distancing and cleanliness is maintained. I am really happy to be a member here. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐.

Great coaches and great energy in the classes. Very friendly people working out together at all levels. Workouts are easily scaled for beginners to long time lifters to people coming back from injury.

I was so intimidated to start Crossfit, but Nat made me feel so comfortable (and the members are so nice). I'm now trying to get all my friends to join. Highly recommend this gym!

I had enrolled my 3 boys in the Kids Boxing program. All 3 were very skeptical prior to the first class, to say the least. 9:05 was the start time for their class and at 9:05 exactly the controlled chaos started; yelling, screaming, …
