While the facility has received praises for its friendly staff and cleanliness on occasion, it struggles with equipment maintenance and staff professionalism. Customer reviews frequently mention poor management, crowded conditions, and inconsistent policies. These factors contribute to mixed feelings about the gym’s overall service quality.

Very nice gym, my favorite gym over all the esporta fitness gym, the only one that is clean, but the pool and spa pool sometimes break down and reopen again

Most of the machines are broken the water filters are never changed on the drinking fountains.Staff is friendly but poor management.A lot of gym members you would figure they maintain the gym equipment. The basketball court is always locked.Just fix the gym equipment.

This Gym Is Just A Hot Mess. On The Phone They Give You Certain Information In Person They Provide You With Different Ones. The Staff Knowledge And Help Is Useless. To Get A Pass Or Membership Is So Time Consuming. The Activation Process Is Just Unnecessary And Appointments Are Not Till The Week After.

I don’t understand how they turn off the sauna 45 min before closing! Then the Manager Gonzales say your lucky that their on! I thought that was pretty rude. When all pay our membership on time.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's dirty, unorganized, and equipment is missing, as well as being crowded. Staff picks when they enforce certain rules or make up their own rules. They don't have a clear liability policy or a minor policy, leading to my son being kicked out, even though he was able to come with his friends beforehand no problem. Manager operates like a used car salesman. They only care about money, since gym membership signups are clearly attached to their salary. Will harass you constantly to get you to sign up or re-sign. Support a local gym instead of giving this corporation your money.

Some machines haven’t been fixed in months. The flow of customer signing up all the time I know they have profits. I pay for 3 people 70$ a month for a couple of years now and I’m the only one showing up, they’re scamming us.

Beautiful place, quiet friendly, and an awesome time to get physically fit at your leisure. The staff is awesome as well. The service is great and seem to be clean and sanitized when I do attend.

I signed up for Esporta since they have a pool specifically with the intent to help my brother out with his recovery process after being hit by a car last year that almost took his life. We were pretty much forced to switch gyms from the Pershing location because the pool has been closed for 2 weeks. My brother and I both take the Aqua Fit class and have never had any issues with the other instructors at the Pershing location making accommodations due to his disability (motor skills) until today. In the middle of the 9am Aqua Fit Class the instructor Rosario had the audacity to pause the music in the middle of the class and tell me over her mic that my brother was required to do her class, move to the far end side of the pool or get out out. Granted, my brother was participating in her class but couldn’t physically do some of her activities, in which case he would improvise and do easier things such as waking/swimming around the pool. The fact that my brother couldn’t carry out some of the activities in her class was not a reason for her to exclude him from participating in her class. My brothers rights were violated and the general manager Daniel did not once apologize for the way he/we were treated.During the conversation I had with the ‘“so called GM” he pretty much kept interrupting me and referring me to call members services. He was not at all apologetic or expressed any sort of empathy towards the violation of my brothers civil rights. After I left the class quite a few other members also left and told me they supported me for sticking up for my disabled brother. For some reason my review was removed.

3 stars because the staff I talk to are nice. The air inside stinks as if there is poor circulation. It is always crowded in the pm. The pool isn't clean it's super salty and I found a Band-Aid in the pool today leading me to write this review. I did see them clean the hot tub a few times but even that had dirt bubbles floating around. The lap pool is rarely used as a lap pool more like a playing splash pool and it's always crowded too. I wind up swimming into people in the middle of my lap not even knowing they were in my Lane, they just get in and stand about in the pool. There is debris in the pool that I have seen repeatedly and I swim on weekdays. I do see the cleaning team frequently and they do seem to be wiping things down. The sauna is never empty and classes are always packed. I don't hate this gym that's why I have been here for a few weeks but in comparison to what I have seen a good gym be I would rather go somewhere else. I understand that the gym can't really do much about crowding as most people work out after work so it's bound to be crowded it would just be nice if there was good air circulation cuz it's hot and muggy inside and it will be nice if there were some guidelines for using the pool and that they would routinely clean it.

If I could give this location no stars I would I went to this location because it was close by a friend worst decision of my life the staff is very prejudice I got my workout in 15 min left of my workout I’m in the personal trainers section because it just had cleared out from 4 other people who was not being trained soon as I get in set up a staff member comes up to me and said hey my manager told me to come kick you out…I’m like who is your manager?he said him over there mind you it’s 3 other guys over in that direction than he goes the guy with the drink so I go up to the manager ask him why I have to leave if no one is being trained he tells me because we have to keep it clean and I’m the manager,so I ask for the store manager which was no help at all they are so unprofessional, rude and prejudice i will never come back to this location again and if you are African-American I do not recommend you working out at this location.they will not respect you
