An unpretentious atmosphere with knowledgeable teacher. I feel welcomed and safe in class. A wonderful place to build a yoga journey.

I was quite skeptical when my wife signed me up for classes (semi-private). How can someone divide attention between male/female participant with different fitness level? How wrong was I. Curt (owner and instructor) has a way to make this work by varying the intensity and reps to tailor class to one's individual needs. Other great points:1. Impeccably clean studio2. Super-convenient location3. Great staff work ethics; Curt is one of the hardest working guys I met in years and yet very humble. His positive energy is contagious.4. Even with prior back injury we get the exercises tweaked to strengthen the body to avoid injury.5. There is a kid corner in the studio so if you don't have an excuse to work out because of kids.

From the very beginning to nearly a year and a half later, we have found our space. A space for our entire family. A space where we are welcomed, encouraged, and continue to grow. Evolve is a place where you can be met at any level, pushed to every degree and discover more about what you can do for yourself mentally and physically. Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. But Curt Evrard has kept me going. He is very personable and knowledgeable. His cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. I would like to thank Curt Evard for his hard work, to raise my limits and keep challenging me.

Had my first workout on Friday here and I loved it! Very clean and friendly to all fitness levels. The atmosphere and music is very encouraging. Absolutely love it and hope to return soon!

I love Evolve Yoga & Fitness! They offer great classes seven days a week. The instructors are fun and energetic, always keeping classes lively and interesting. I'm so happy to have found Evolve Yoga & Fitness, this is just what I needed. Plus, it's located right next to the Jewels - how can you go wrong?

Evolve offers a variety of classes to support your fitness goals. I love the Strength Training Fitness Class. It is both challenging and fun. Curt is a great instructor!
