Machines are always working, locker rooms are always clean. The staff is so friendly. They're main goal is to make you feel comfortable while your there. It's extremely welcoming.

This is an excellent place for fitness. Very affordable $15 per mth classes included. Free secure parking. Great restaurant with healthy fresh options. Their medical facilities work well in conjunction with the fitness center.They offer a great deal of community support and programs. I love this place. The instructors motivate you and help you reach your goals. The HIT class is the best.

This place is pretty cool, the track is freaking awesome, I needed a indoor facility and forgot I have a membership here i never used. I've ran here every morning for a few days, I have one more week until my CPD test and this place is an idea training facility for the next couple months.Awesome, very clean, friendly, and a little resturante connected. Look forward to finishing my training here.

One of the cleanest and best equipped gyms for your money. The staff are extremely respectful. A lovely Christian atmosphere. And please don't forget to stop by the quaint shop for a refreshing healthy smoothie after a hard workout

I have been coming here since about two years ago and I think that this is the only gym I feel most comfortable at. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is always kept clean, and they have a variety of different classes at flexible hours. I do wish their parking lot was a bit bigger or if they could extend it further because I’ve noticed that it’s becoming more full these days. Regardless, I still always find a parking spot But besides that, I love this fitness center!

I love this place so much. I use to go to a different clinic and hated it. Moved my first born here and now all my kids have the same pediatrician. I love her. 5 start

Great atmosphere. They have state of the art equipment. Showers and sauna heat up quickly.

Im member of this gym, I like how the staff are nice and helpful with me. They have a lot of equipment to work out with. They have convenient hours and lots of parking.

Love this facility, a great place to workout , the staff are very friendly , helpful , look forward to going m-f, if you haven't been there try it ,,,, and I'm sure you will continue to go !!!!!

I use to love this place. They have a awesome centering program for pregnant women. But my last 2 visit were horrible. My appointment was at 8am and we didn't leave the place until 12:30 and the appointment today was set for 9am but we didnt see anybody until 11:15. We basically went for no reason because the doctor couldnt tell me what was wrong with my child she just sent us to saint anthony (which is a horrible place) all of the caring nurses and doctors have moved on. Just prepare to wait even if you have an appointment
