This company has changed my fitness level considerably. This location is filled with great coaches that focus on form and motivation. They're great. And the staff is friendly and helpful whenever I've needed them.

If you've considered joining Orangetheory Fitness, do yourself a favor and come try out a class! The staff at Orangetheory Fitness-Lincoln Square is fantastic! I was never really one for group fitness in the past, but now I can't imagine my …

Great high intensity interval workout, and they are doing a great job with guidelines during covid. Feel completely safe while working out, especially in the upper heart rate zones

Great class and very nice staff. I want to join but can't because of a pre-existing hip FAI impingement. It's good for people with no significant injuries. They'll work with you on modifications. Unfortunately my injury won't get better unless I have surgery .

The variety of each class keeps the workout manageable and no two classes are the same! I love the stats and the ability to compare fitness levels week-to-week. All staff members are very friendly and accommodating. The numbering system for the equipment in class makes things nice and easy to follow. The strength activities are challenging but not impossible, which I appreciate. Great class and experience all-around!

Love it here! From the attendees, to the front desk staff, to the instructors. The music is great! The workouts are great! Parking not so great... but that dwindles amongst all the pros. Totally recommend!

This place has given me a workout regimen that I've been sticking to. I leave drenched, endorphins flying, and have seen results. I love the culture, the coaches and how the time just flies by. I've even been to Oranges in other states! My only criticism is... It's too addictive, I've gone too hard at times and thus, had to double down on stretching and recovery efforts. Go Orange!

Great workout, great people! The workout is 60 min long, and you are hooked up to a heart rate monitor the whole time so you can check your progress. They make it super simple - your heart rate is mapped to certain colors that correspond to …

This is a gym that holds you accountable for the work you put it to achieve the results you want. I've spent too many years paying money to a big box gym where I show up and use the same 5 pieces of equipment every time I go in. With …
