I've been here 4-5 times and enjoyed each class. As someone who has plenty of sports injuries, I enjoy that there's a lot of options -- everything is done at my pace whether I'm feeling my best or not great. Staff are very friendly and the head coach Meredith is great!

Can't say enough good things about this location- the entire staff is so attentive and makes sure to learn all their clients by name, the coaches are awesome and know just when to give you an extra push or gently correct your form, and the …

I love that I leave feeling empowered. I'm able to push myself and set goals. I enjoy knowing every workout will be different, but I'll still workup a sweat. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. When I started at OTF, I felt so intimidated. There were members who were crushing every class and here I was walking on the treadmill and using baby weights. One of the instructors, Patrick, saw that I was struggling and feeling unmotivated and told me "You aren't competing with everyone else, you're competing with yourself - the old you versus the new you". It really hit home and has been my mantra every time I step into the studio.I also love Meredith as a coach. She is so motivational and just genuinely has a passion for helping others lead a healthy lifestyle. I never thought I would run another race after destroying my right knee and here I am heading to a 10k this weekend and a half marathon in February. Just like with anything in life, if you put in the work, you will see results.

The variety of the workouts is great. The coaches are all very helpful...they keep an eye on the entire room and correct form as needed. They have different styles, but all are motivating and energetic, even at 6:15am. They all genuinely …

I've been to almost 30 OTFs across the country and few if any can match this studios quality of trainers and front-desk support team. They are kind, friendly, professional and the type of group that you are always excited to see. Been going there for over a year now since they opened and looking forward to the next year there too!

This is actually a really great workout regardless of how often you train, run, lift, etc. Started attending classes earlier this year and have been addicted ever since. Patrick is the best instructor, will constantly challenge you and make you feel great about the hard work you're putting in.

The Nicest Staff - and the workouts are awesome. The facilities have room to move too - some others are tight on space and this place is awesome.12/14/17 - An update - a year later and still amazing. I'm not one to stick to things - but i know I'm getting a good workout and I've seen improvements in myself. The staff continues to be nothing but helpful, outgoing and kind. The coaches really are fantastic. I've done classes in some other states - and the coaches come no where close!
