I have been working out with Johnny Cooke for the last 20 years. I previously worked out with other trainers. He has brought me through two shoulder rehabs, trained me in a way so at the age of 69 I could do a trek to the South Pole and at the age of 73 do the Shackleton Crossing on South Georgia Island. I attribute my ability to continue to ski every year to the training I do with Johnny. He runs an incredible program. He focuses on the needs of the individual.

The trainers here know more about the human body than most doctors I know! They can get you in shape, they can help you get over an injury, they can teach you how to stay fit and healthy. A great place to start or continue your fitness journey.
