Great gym, prefect if you just want to work out and be in a positive, no douche gym. Really well run, good hours. Lord of options for whatever you want to do. Unless you want to swim. Floors are a bit wonky but whatever on that. Welcoming staff. Dope

I love the community feel with a lounge, cute little funny signs. There are lots of different options for workouts; CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, unique exercise classes. I attended Rachel’s vinyasa flow today and it was wonderful. Tailored to individual needs and helped me feel I tune with myself while improving my alignment and awareness. A wonderful workout! She offers hands on curing for performing the poses and is appropriate for all levels. Only thing is I wish that there was more advertising for the yoga class! It is wonderful and I want everyone to experience! Aside from the class I was a bit dissapointed by how long it takes for maintenance of the treadmills. Despite this, Very glad I joined the gym so far.

I have had a membership with this gym for about a year and a half. Nobody notified me that my membership expired. So I asked to renew it for one month before moving. The first guy I spoke to agreed and said it was no problem. Then as I was leaving, Zach the manager, approached me and told me I needed to pay for the deluxe membership and I can't just do the basic one. I wasn't notified that my membership was expired via email and nobody told me while I was going to the gym, but he didn't care. Zach was extremely unprofessional with the way he handled the situation pressuring me to spend more money than the basic membership. Zach mentioned that it's not the gym's responsibility to monitor the membership, it is the member's. I should have been notified by an employee or email stating the membership was going to expire. They would not allow me to renew the membership unless I upgraded to a membership that is double the cost per month. This is an extremely unprofessional gym.
