Nice gym. Ryan’s a great coach for all experience levels. (And they validate parking up to 2 hrs)

I had my first class today and it was great! Graham welcomed me at the door and helped me wrap my hands and taught me the basic steps. He was very welcoming to the gym! Chelsea the instructor was amazing as well! She was very patient with me and teaching me the correct ways to hit and kick. I can’t wait to come back !

Was offered a free first class with free glove rental. The gloves they provide are SO stinky and clearly not properly sanitized. I’ve scrubbed my hands and still smell other peoples’ sweat. Unsanitary. When I arrived, I was urged into buying $15 wrist straps. No advance notice that I’d need them. Guy at the front desk (dark hair, heavier) seemed…irritated that I wasn’t interested in buying them and would just try without. Bad first impression. The class was okay, I wouldn’t recommend for beginners. While the instructor does a show and tell, I was trying to keep up and didn’t have much opportunity to hone the technique. TLDR; unfriendly front desk and super stinky gloves. I didn’t feel welcome nor encouraged to come back.

Meredith is an amazing coach who does a great job of teaching technical skill that is delivered with an intensity which improves fundamentals at an increased rate. Truly one of the best coaches out there…hands down (but don’t let your guard down and get hit…pun intended)!

30 min class with Ryan was the perfect way to start my Saturday morning! He was attentive and focused on technique while also guiding us through a great workout.

I have never been consistent with any fitness program until I joined Title Boxing 6 months ago. The classes are great and the staff are kind, inclusive, and always willing to help. HUGE shout-out to Chelsea. My bestfriend and I look forward to her classes each week. I love that while she encourages everyone to push themselves to do their best, she also reminds everyone to listen to our bodies and not push ourselves past our limits. She also allows each individual to make modifications and she is not punitive unlike the other instructors. She also ends her classes with a bit of yoga/stretching and leaves us with encouraging reminders. I always feel like a better version of myself after her classes. My only feedback is that some instructors are too intense and I wish they ran their classes similar to Chelsea and Cassie. I hate when other instructors punish everyone to do burpees if an individual decides to rest or take it easy. We're all at different levels so allow individuals to make modifications without punishing the group. A friend of mine injured her hand during one of the other classes because the instructor kept pushing all of us and threatened to punish the group if one person decided to rest.Beyond that, I love the workouts, the location, the community, and the FREE PARKING! :)

I've been with Title for almost a year now and it's changed my life. The trainers will give you the results you're looking for if you're willing to put in the work. Shoutout to Kachi especially - he's a beast! The energy here is unmatched and the facilities are great. If you're looking for a killer workout, Title is the spot for you.

What a workout! Learned some moves/combos, without getting hit! I noticed both beginners and real boxers taking the same class at their own pace, wasn't intimidating at all. Staff was extremely welcoming, space was super clean, kind of felt like a Vegas hotel. Also, it's my new therapy space!

Every experience I’ve had at TITLE BOXING has been nothing short of amazing. It’s one of my favorite cardio exercises and the staff is ALWAYS so welcoming and kind. I would strongly recommend trying them out (south and west loop locations). They are knowledgeable and really care about you achieving your fitness goals. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I went to my first class here on a whim and with no experience and I absolutely loved it. The classes are very fun and they fly by. The trainers are all fantastic, and I learn something new every time!
