very bad customer service and phone skills . i called in regards to finding out about getting a membership for someone else , i dont live in the area The person I wanted to get the membership for does . so I was just calling to find out more information.the person who answered the phone supposedly said he was the owner. he was completely rude and hung up on me .before he hung up he didn't even let me explain myself completely all he said was "we don't don't do that type of business transaction" and he even told me to go to another gym.I didn't believe what just happened I thought it was a prank or something so I called back the second time and all he kept saying was he wanted my name because I was supposedly harassing him. it was a crazy weird experience I won't recommend anyone to go there.its really sad bc I was coming from a good place when I want to buy a membership for somebody to encourage them to start working outat their gym 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I would happily give this gym 4 or 5 stars, but there are a few issues that unfortunately have detracted quite a bit from my overall experience. First, the positives: the staff are quite nice, the machines are perfectly adequate, and the space is always clean. Equipment-wise, this little gym has everything you would need. However, I have a few complaints. My biggest complaint is that the temperature is uncomfortable 50-60% of the time. In the winter the heating is overzealous, and in the summer they tend to be stingy with the air conditioning. Right now the thermostat is set to cool down when it reaches 75 degrees, but 74 degrees and humid is unnecessarily warm - especially when it's a lovely 65 outside. (According to the IFA, the ideal temperature for gyms offering cardio ranges from 65-68 degrees.) On a similar note, it is very difficult to use the cardio machines up front during the morning and late afternoon because the windows are floor-to-ceiling and without any tinting or covering. It's come to the point where I actively avoid going to the gym during these hours, as I do when it's humid out since one can't depend on the AC.A couple smaller annoyances: the spray bottles are always leaky, and I found out recently that the scale in the women's room has been broken for over a month, and yet no one put a sign up saying it was broken. For people who are trying to lose weight, this could be very disheartening. As you may point out, these problems are all very easy to fix - thus my frustration. The thermostat could be adjusted, and very cheap shades could be bought for the front windows. (I have also spoken to several trainers about some of these issues, but apparently to no avail.) I would love to give this gym 5 stars, but I have frequently had to cut my workouts short because I have felt too uncomfortable. I hope they can work on these things, as this is really a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

Small gym, but it has everything it needs! Not crowded at all, and therefore highly recommended if you want more of your own space. Instructors of classes are nice and make you feel at home. Most of the equipment is up to date and... very clean!

Perfect small neighborhood gym. People are very friendly. The rooms and equipment are always clean and they keep it like this any time of the day. Enough machines and free weights for a full workout program. And competitive prices. Especially the annual offer.
