Cancelled my membership end of May and still had to pay for June since they require 30 days notice, yet I still continue to be billed to this day and getting letters threatening to be sent to collections despite cancelling 4 months ago. The …

Membership Services is a joke. I have been a member for 5 years and the freezing/cancellation process is ridiculous. Hurdles to get membership cancelled, resulting in additional fees and fines. Unwilling to work with me and be reasonable on fines.

WAC is by far the best gym I have ever had a membership at. Clean, spacious, and the staff are awesome. I also recently started working with one of their Personal Trainers, Michelle Atkins. She is awesome! I look forward to our sessions …

They don't tell you this when you sign up, but if you pick the month to month option, you are required to give 30 days notice for cancelling. That means that even if you cancel the DAY AFTER your normal billing day, you will be charged for …

I was a member of this gym back in 2017 during a 3 month work placement in Chicago. I canceled my membership through the correct channels in writing and now I’m receiving emails from collections agencies. You need to get your house in order.

I just spoke with someone at the desk and sure enough.......To cancel a membership, one must call them back....They will then notify a 'membership advisor' and they'll get back to you within 24-48hrs? …

Honestly this place is overrated. The gym floor is alright but can get cramped and busy despite looking to have more room. I’ve never seen staff clean the equipment EVER. The vents and fans are disgusting and dirty. Especially with Covid going on it’s a joke they don’t clean those (see pictures). Checking in with Gympass here is the worst process and the front staff are never ready for it, you have to ask for the sheet and they make you sign a form EVERYTIME. People are wearing masks below their nose all the time now and I will switch to FFC moving forward.

Went today for the first time with my gympass account. Extremely nice front desk staff and the gym has all the equipment you would need (I do advanced workouts). Sure, maybe the equipment isn't brand new but it does have tons of options, …
