WBF is probably my favorite gym in town. The trainers are wonderful and really do care a lot about their clients. The small group classes are great if you're not necessarily looking for one-on-one personal training and like the dynamic of having others encouraging and motivating you to keep going. Very friendly and welcoming environment that strives to help you reach your goals. And really cool to see all of the transformations up on the wall!

This is the best fitness and nutrition program I've ever tried, and I've tried them all. I started in March of 2019 as of this writing I've lost close to 70 pounds. Better than the result is the team at Whole Body Fitness has taught me what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat it. The trainers are awesome. They are highly trained to protect your joints, prevent injury, and get you in the best shape of your life. If you've spent a lifetime trying to control your weight and get fit, you can stop looking for a solution. Whole Body Fitness has just what you need!

Why Whole Body Fitness? Evolving, Vision, Dedication, and Value.I have known Angelo for over 15 years and he always makes sure Whole Body Fitness is evolving by design. Most gyms do the same thing over and over but Whole Body pushes the frontiers. They are extremely knowledgeable in kinesiology, physiology, nutrition, technique and form as well as staying focused on clients needs. The trainers are dedicated to their clients successes, and the personal touch which is so valuable and it is always there with this company! My trainer is Matt Sylvester and he is awesome!! Matt is so upbeat and a joy to be around that he makes the hard training days bearable. He always checks in with each one of us to see how we are feeling, and how the last workout made us feel. He pays attention, and the training experience is not about the trainer its about you. I feel blessed to be part of the Whole Body family.

Extremely unprofessional, not qualified, and not knowledgeable. Their business practices and quality fit their price... low.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone so grossly under qualified for anything unless you want injuries as a result
