Love F45 in general, but this location is the best! It's clean, organized and the trainers really care about their members. The workouts are great. Definitely check it out if you're wanting a great workout in a nice, clean and welcoming environment!

I LOVE one of the owners, Stephanie, but unfortunately this review and rating are not solely reflective of her. I joined F45 in November of last year because I needed to lose the final 15-20 lbs of Covid weight that I had put on. I’m happy to report that I achieved that around August of this year.Pros:F45 is worldwide, so they are the same exercises each day at every location.Trainers are friendly.Timing and execution are very professional. There are screens displaying the exercises and timing.Stephanie brings these eucalyptus scented towels sometimes and I love that!InBody system is top tier. Keeps track of your progress with objective numbers.Cons:The exercises are repetitive in nature. This is not something that any of the individual locations can do anything about because it’s a worldwide program/company. However, in this last week alone there are several exercises (THE EXACT SAME EXERCISES/EQUIPMENT) that I’ve done 3x. I’ve cut back to only 4x/week there and this was still the case.Of the trainers, there are maybe two that train. There is minimal form correction or direction given. The schedule takes FOREVER to go up. I typically look up another studio to see what we’re going to be doing because Chino Hills puts it up maybe a week at a time while others have the month up. For example, you can currently only book through next Thursday.Favoritism - only certain people’s birthdays and workout milestones (100/200/300) are celebrated. My small group has never been acknowledged. We just silently signed the boards on our own. Yay us!!!!Cliqueyness (is that a word - details below)I’ll say 90% of the time, I top the leaderboard for the heart rate monitor. I guess it became problematic to the 6 a.m. crew because I noticed they stopped cheering around the early part of the year. No biggie. I still interacted with everyone, gave the fist bumps, encouraged, joked, etc., because who cares? On 8/25/23 I came in 2nd place. The 6 a.m. crew cheered for the 3rd place person, WENT COMPLETELY SILENT FOR ME, then cheered for the 1st place person. I left the gym in tears and cried for the next 24 hours because it was just so unkind. Since that time, I stopped interacting with the fist bumps, hellos, etc. because I don’t believe in being fake and I am extremely cautious of the energy that I keep around me. No dirty looks. No nasty comments. Just no interaction. I’ve now been labeled the angry black woman. A friend and I gave our 30-day notice. Once again…SILENTLY. I sent a message to the owner, she canceled and let me know the end date. I continued to workout. I haven’t tried to get anyone to quit, haven’t been advertising my departure, nothing…Today one of my workout partners tells me that a trainer had THE NERVE to ask them why I was so moody and why I was taking their members…. Mind blown. I’m moody because my feelings were hurt because their members have been cruel towards me though I have not uttered one word to anyone sans the owner? Interesting. I literally brought several people to the gym to workout, two of which joined and are still members, but I’m moody…All I will say is there is probably a reason that there are less than two handfuls of black people there. I would not recommend this gym to any black woman, but I can’t speak for the men. For other people of color, I’ve seen no issues because the 6 a.m. clique is actually a pretty diverse group of people. In summary, F45 is a great concept and I think more appropriate for individuals that have some workout history and understand correct form. For novices, it’s probably a good starting point to jumpstart your goals, but I would caution about correct movements. The negatives with the favoritism, clique and strange treatment was really my breaking point. Absent that, the rating would like have been a 4 vs. 3 (because of the lack of versatility in exercises). And actually, I probably wouldn’t have written a review at all had it not been for the trainer talking about me TO MY FRIEND.

I love love F45 all the trainers the community is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and I feel like I can go in and get a good workout and know everyone is just working on their own goals. I love that it’s something different each day so I don’t get board. They are all easy to speak with and very accommodating as well! F45 is seriously the place to be even having a busy schedule the options are there.

I can’t recommend this gym to enough people. Everyone who I’ve brought in has come back for more because the coaches and environment are awesome. Stephanie and her coaches are real, they aren’t afraid to get down and sweaty with the class— so motivating!

Not your average gym. The coaches and management go above and beyond. They take the time to get to know you by name and really care about your fitness goals. I’ve never been consistent with working out, therefore, I never saw results until now. I’ve been coming to F45 Chino Hills since they opened four times a week and I can already see my body changing. I also feel stronger mentally. Love this place and the people here!

I’ve been going to F45 since they opened and I’m glad I found my new home gym! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional from owner to the trainers. The great part about f45 is that you can get an extremely effective workout in 45 mins. Also, no work is the same so you’ll never get bored. Lastly, it is a state of the art gym with brand new equipment which is constantly being cleaning and maintained by the staff Thanks for everything!

I just want to share my experience here at F45 Chino Hills compared to other gym I’ve been. I never imagined I would be able to do pull ups but with the strength I gained during the workouts I’m able to achieve it. Now I’m challenging myself to lift heavier weights day by day. Let me tell you how clean the studio is as well that is greatly maintained by Stephanie the owner, especially during this flu season they wipe & spray with disinfectant and also vacuum the floor with disinfectant! Gotta love my F45 family too! With great Coaches that will teach you the correct form and will challenge you to lift heavier to achieve your goals. Also new found friends who I workout special shoutout to my 6am workout buddies! Come and join us here at F45 Chino Hills not only will you change your lifestyle but you’ll definitely gain more friends, achieve your body & be more confident about yourself. Love my F45 Chino Hills Family!
