Wow. I came in for a free session as a new client, and felt so welcomed & right at home! Love the vibe in here, it really gets you excited. You have your own private space to do your own class solo of with 1-2 friends.Here, your really get the best of both worlds with the sauna and work outs. 123 degrees really made me sweat & I came here to sweat to get rid of the toxins that build up in our bodies.The manager Renee is amazing!

Wife was advised for health reason for sauna use and this place goes above just a sauna . Renee and all staff are great, easy to use clean facilities and great health benefits.

I've always stayed away from gyms because I don't know what types of workouts to do or how to use the equipment properly. Then other excuses came in, like not having time because I have kids, I hate sweating and so on. I finally took a look in the mirror and wasn't happy with how much weight I had gained and of all the excuses I made for not working out. My cousin told me about Hotworx and suggested I give it a try. I took her advice and am so glad I did. I've had the best workouts in my life & am seeing results! I've gone for 3 months and I don't see myself ever stopping. I get a great workout while sweating my butt off and feeling relaxed in the end. I love that they are 24 hours and I can go whenever I want & that you can essentially workout alone without fear of judgement. The personalized training videos are great as well. Optionally, you can do your own workout regime as well while utilizing the room. I went from never wanting to workout to working out 5 days/week and feeling pumped to go each time. I highly recommend this place!

Very cool spot. Small. But, very cool concept. I did 3 15 minute HIIT workouts. Cycle, water rower and cardio bike. Loved the dripping sweat feeling. There is no music, I recommend if you like music take your earpods. I didn't get to try the other rooms, which I want too. Thinking about signing up. Haven't made up my mind yet. They have 2 restrooms with showers. A small area with free weights as well.

If you want an hour workout in 30 min this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Renee was amazing. I highly recommend this studio! Totally worth it and I'm sure this place will become my second home soon enough.

I love period! Best decision I’ve made in years! Best workouts and I feel amazing after each workout! You should have an Apple Watch ⌚️ or fitness tracker for tracking your results and workouts! Give it a try if you want scheduled and structured workouts!

This place is the best to get a great work out in pretty quickly. I love that I can book multiple sessions per visit and it’s always really clean

Very good. I enjoyed my 1st ISO workout with my friend. I hope to go again soon
