I have taken my son in to get a feel for boxing. The staff was nothing but great to my son. We also have had wonderful experiences while attending shows at the gym.

Great place to train! If your looking for competive amatuer boxing experience, pro boxing or just looking to box to stay in shape, Bound Boxing is a place you'll want to come and take a look at. The head coach keeps it real with you on his expectations for members and is very professional. The style of boxing has proven to help the athletes succed in competition wether if they had previous experience or no experience at all.

The best boxing team in San Diego. When you train here you're training with the top fighters in the nation, top coaches, top everything. The team feels like a family, they work together perfectly together to create and develope the best fighters out there. Bottom line, Bound Boxing is the real deal.

I've known couch Juan Medina for about 10 yrs now. Juan is very knowledgeable in both amateur and professional boxing. Juan strides to make every boxer the best , as long as the boxer puts the effort. Juan does not run the gym as a business, but more as his hobby to find talented individuals.Great gym to learn proper fundamentals and build a amateur or professional career..... I wouldn't go anywhere else

Do you receive people who speak Spanish?I speak very little English, and I am interested in attending this gym to get in shape.From what I see everything looks good and is close to where I live.
