Pros: The owners are always around and willing to help. They seem to have superior knowledge on intense workouts. Basketball hoop outside too! Free water bottles. Free boxing lessons w/ co-owner, has a nasty hook 🥊.Cons: there is this loud man always farting on Sunday mornings, goes by Noah. Beware.

I live next door and I always hear strange grunting coming from the gym. I never hear the equipment being used. I’ll update my review when this is fixed.

Pros: gym is always empty, leads to great grunts and lots of weight being moved my me personally. Free water bottles and smelling salts.Cons: equipment is all (c)rusty. The records board could be beaten by a middle school girls gymnastics team (except for mine).
