women only gym with male trainers defeats the purpose of it being a woman’s only gym. If it was ACTUALLY just women only gym, muslim women would have a gym to go to. Unfortunately, this is not a womens only gym.

Had the most amazing class with Santi yesterday. I know he is a sub but he should be made a permanent instructor ! It was the hardest class I’ve ever taken(and I would take Latoya’s class lol) and loved every minute of it as the time flew by! I even heard people saying that they want to see what other gyms he instructs because they want to be part of his classes. Overall love taking dance classes here !

This was my first workout in this place and I must admit this is where I belong everyone is so friendly and I felt right at home with All of my sistah. So glad I join this gym.

I've gone 3 times now and it's been great. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you walk in. The only thing I wish could change is when they open; 5-5:15 would be so much better than 5:45 during the work week.

The greatest gym, with no gimmicky extras to buy or nonsense. Simply a simple method to get a fantastic workout with incredibly pleasant people in a spotlessly clean environment! If you choose the yearly payment option, it's also really affordable compared to other gyms! The manager there always follows up with you and is willing to offer assistance and listen to feedback. I adore the people, the machines, and the enjoyable classes!
