So far I think I’m a month in and I really like my trainers. She is really my speed and patient with me and is confident in me at the same time. I think I’m getting stronger I know it will take time but I like how it’s organized quick and effient! So far so good!

I have been going to Carter Fitness for about 3 years now mainly focusing on the strength training and it continually gets better. Jimmy and Maria cater to how your body is feeling and adapt to different works out as needed. The community and energy is very inviting with everyone encouraging one another. Every once in awhile, I mix in the cardio classes for a good sweat and movement and boy does it do just that! I would highly recommend Carter Fitness to another that is just getting started in their fitness journey, as well a seasoned vets looking for a workout with great varieties.

I have been with Carter fitness for a little over 3 years now - I started off with class pass and just the cardio classes, which then led to my love with strength training. Jimmy and Maria are very attentive and knowledgeable when training us and ensure that we have proper form so we do not hurt ourselves. The progress I have seen over the years is unmatched and I am very happy with the results. I find my daily life getting easier with the strength I have built, and my mental clarity even better. The community is even better - you won’t find a place like carter fit!

Strength training in my forties is much different than the college days; herniated disc, arthritis and new found pains picking up the kids toys.THANKFULLY, I found Carter Fitness. Jimmy, Maria and the whole team are amazing. They are attentive to every movement, helping me get stronger…safely (all ailments considered). The individualized attention is incredible. In addition to the personalized approach, they have built a community of people like myself that want to get be healthy as they get older. It’s motivating to have people my age surrounding me as we encourage each other every day.You won’t find a better gym than Carter Fitness.

Just returned from my annual ski trip and felt better than I have in 10 years. I attribute it to Carter's strength building classes. Working legs, core and 'the muscles you don't see in the mirror' has made a significant improvement in my overall fitness level is just a few months. Highly recommend.
