I am loving D1 Training. The instructors have been great, everyone is friendly, it's very clean and the perfect environment for me. I have found a new "home away from home" after thinking I would always do my workouts from home. I was sure I'd never join a gym again. I am spoiled when it comes to driving - I like to keep things very close to home when it comes to doing anything on a regular basis......my preference is 2 or 3 miles if I go someplace 2 or more times a week. The fact that I am driving a little over 5 miles from my home each way and plan to do that 5 days a week is the biggest compliment I could give D1 - IT'S WORTH IT!

Our goal is to help our 8th grade son take his performance to the next level and make Varsity his freshman year. After seeing the high quality trainers and equipment available at D1 it was an easy choice to come here!
