Some girls and I got to experience one class at Fly Bungee as one of our outings for a bachelorette party! It was our first time for all five of us so we weren’t doing anything crazy but still had tons of fun. Our class was a little over an hour long, which included a quick lesson on how to manage being in the bungee and then multiple songs that we worked out to. Our instructor was super sweet and helpful despite it being our first time. She made it super easy to follow while also letting us try a couple more challenging moves since we weren’t doing anything too intense. This isn’t something I would normally do on a weekly basis, but I would recommend to anybody looking to do something new and fun while also getting a good workout it. Our instructor captured a short video for us at the end of our session but the best part was during the active work out with the music for sure!

Such a fun way to get a workout. I love how the bungee makes the movements simultaneously more accessible on my body while also adding resistance to my movements

Excellent concept! Although, they need more level 1 classes for new people and beginners not comfortable advancing to the next level. Unfortunately you cannot take any of the other bungee classes until you take a level 1 course. But these are all wait listed for several weeks. Plenty of level 2 and 3 classes though!

Jaclyn & Rachel are amazing! All about the fun, without skimping on any of the important things. Safety first always, they know what they are doing and are passionate about everyone having a good time and improving fitness in the bungee

Friend and I came for the level one class a few weeks ago. It was surprisingly sweaty and unsurprisingly fun! The ladies here are fabulous. They take great covid precautions as well, which we appreciated. Really happy we got a chance to workout here. The moves were easy to follow to the tune of the music. Like a dance class, but you get to fly in the air. :) Happy we could make it and hope we can come again soon!

Expect a high intensity cardio workout that will truly have you sweating all while having fun and challenging yourself. If you’re somebody who needs a low-impact workout, this is for YOU!

Super fun! I am def not in the best shape or very coordinated lol! But they made sure to let everyone go at their own pace and were great at explaining each move. It was an amazing workout. You will leave sweating for sure!

Such a fun workout! Loved trying something fun and new. I always enjoy the instructors and they incorporate fun music! Very effective workout, I always leave feeling like I worked super hard. As a former competitive dancer I love the familiarity of the moves but it doesn't make my body hurt like all the previous years of beating my body up!

I'm from out of state. I signed up for the Fly Level 1 (you have to start at the beginner level) class. I arrived at 850. They opened the studio at about 905. There is a single restroom which was neat and clean. There was not a shower, but I brought wipes to wipe down after and that helped. The instructors were very nice and explained a lot. You are strapped in a bungee harness. The harness kind of hurt me, but I don't have as much meat on me so that could have been why. You have to be within a certain weight range to be able to do the bungee fitness and a minimum of a certain age (check out their website.) It is a fitness class, so while I didn't do as much as others in the class and took it at my own pace, I did still work up a sweat. It was fun, the instructors were great, and nobody pushed you to do the harder moves if you felt uncomfortable or nervous. They have some bottles of water and they also had 4 or 5 colors of tank tops. I'm not sure if this is a fitness place targeted to both men and women (I'm assuming so.) Overall, 4/5 stars.
