I've been attending classes for over two years and Nicole and all the instructors are incredibly nice and provide a great workout! There is a great variety of classes and it's been an awesome atmosphere to exercise in!

My wife and I love our weekly private Pilates session with Nicole - she’s the best! She does a great job of guiding and pushing us so that we improve steadily and organically with each and every session. It’s been such a great way for us to stay fit and recharge our batteries during the work week! Highly recommended and worth every penny!

Nicole and the MVMT Studio has helped me maintain a regular exercise routine for the first time since playing high school sports! Even when Covid hit, Nicole made a quick switch to Zoom classes, which I still primarily use. I never get bored, because every workout is different and each teacher has their own style and personality. Come join our community!

Going to the MVMT studio has been so wonderful these last few years. Pre-covid it was so helpful in getting back on a regular routine and then once COVID happened, Nicole did not miss a beat with getting all of us back in a routine via zoom. It helps me physically, mentally, and emotionally to have such a community to come to in person and virtually and I am so thankful that I have found a place like this. All of the instructors are great, and each class is different and challenging. The music is great and there is such a variety each week and I never get bored.

Working with Nicole and the MVMT team has been incredible! We were a little unsure of the TRX regimen when we started, but we are loving it and even recommend TRX to our friends and family! The variations of movements and workouts always keep the exercises fresh, but extremely challenging! The trainers provide feedback on our technique, not only to ensure we remain safe, but that we are pushing ourselves to the MAX!The available classes in between our personal training sessions are also a great option to remain active and motivated. We typically do the boot camp on Friday mornings at 5:45 to start the weekend off right! :)After a few short months, we are already feeling stronger and more energized throughout our day!

I LOVE MVMT studio! What do I love about it? The owner is a a true fitness professional. The equipment is well-maintained. The place is immaculately clean. The instructors are fun, caring, talented people! They can and will work with you no matter where you are on your fitness journey. The clientele are good, helpful, friendly and fun! I joined this gym to begin personal training with Nicole. Since then, I have broadened my experiences by attending group classes with other instructors and meeting other members in this community. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to be held accountable, and anyone of any fitness level that is looking for something to keep you engaged in fitness. This is more than just a gym. This is a community that is invested in each other and supports you in your personal endeavors.

I LOVE Movement Covington!!!!!! I have been going there consistently for about a year. It’s been so much more than a gym, it’s a really fun place to meet people while getting fit! One thing I really appreciate is the modifications they offer for every move. I am pregnant and the exercises at Movement Covington are OB approved and safe to do throughout pregnancy because the instructors offer modifications for every move. I appreciate how individual every session feels. Listen I can stay here all day and talk about how much I love the community of Movement Covington but the only way to understand what I am saying is to check it out for yourself.

Even during a pandemic, Nicole and team were able to keep my health on track! At the beginning of this year, Nicole launched virtual classes (in like a weekend might I add), to accommodate all that is going on, and I am so thankful. Movement Cov has not only helped me stay fit, but given me a little stress outlet right at home!Great classes of different variety, always offering different ways to move, and always getting us to break a sweat. Highly recommend in person or virtual classes!

Nicole has built an amazing gym and fitness family. The gym has different workout options and the trainers are top notch! I am always comfortable referring patients to movement Covington as I know the trainers are focuses on safety and form! They have also mastered the virtual training sessions during the pandemic, not an easy endeavor!
