Orange theory fitness coaches give you a great workout. They are able to tailor the work out to your abilities. If you are not athletic, they are not judgemental at all. I suggest you try the location in Newport, KY.

Workouts are the same for everyone but personalized based on your level of fitness and endurance. I love the fact that there is no judgement and people come to orange theory to be pushed by themselves and their own goals. Also everyone who comes to orange theory (especially the staff and coaches) are incredibly encouraging to new members. Everyone lifts each other up to do the best they can during a workout. Love it love it love it.

I LOVE working out at Orangetheory Fitness in Newport. The staff is incredibly friendly and even remembers me and greets me by name. The workouts are intense but a lot of fun! I enjoy myself every time I got (even thought it’s exhausting). Special shout out to Ellen for being an awesome personal trainer!

By far best workout I’ve ever had and it’s always something new and exciting. I’m quickly seeing results. And the staff is so friendly sly and encouraging! Beware... it’s addicting!

Great place and overall experience. Staff is always welcoming and the overall atmosphere among members is always positive. Trainers are awesome- always there to help and never make you feel out of place no matter your level of conditioning.

Some of the reasons I love OT: Fast pace and high intensity workout, upbeat music that keeps me motivated, the positivity and energy of the coaches, particularly Becca, perfect combination of cardio and strength training, almost instant gratification with the splat point and calorie burn feedback. Highly recommend.

The best “gym” experience. If you want to get fit, this is the place to do it. The ownership and coaches are engaging and friendly. As much as I hate working out, this is a motivating and welcoming place to do it. I look forward to a fit 2018 because of Orangetheory.

I’ve been looking for a way to get back into exercise after a (long) hiatus - one I didn’t expect - after my wedding. As many say, after one class, I was hooked! I love the atmosphere of Orange Theory, because everyone is there to work hard, whatever that means to them in that moment. Since the workouts are heart rate based, the workout is truly “yours”. The splat points are motivating, and the heart rate zones tell me when I need to push. The hour goes by very quickly.I also felt very welcomed at OTF Newport as soon as I walked in. From the front desk to the coaches, all effort is celebrated and the coaches take an interest in you and your goals. That being said, I was relieved that while people in the class are encouraging, no one is judging you! If a coach gives a suggestion on weight or form, it simply allows you to get the best out of each rep.I was 100% sold after one class, and I’ve taken two so far. While my entire body is sore (haha) I know I’m getting better! Thanks OTF Newport for giving my workout the extra excitement it needed.

The workouts are always different and challenging. The Newport facility is very spacious - you don't feel crunched for space on the weight floor, which I've experienced at other locations. The employees are very friendly and do an impressive job at remembering everyone's names!

The staff and other members are so nice and encouraging. I like that the trainers make sure you are following correct form and encourage you to do the best you can (at whatever level you are at). I like how involved everyone is in the events that take place at OTF (transformation challenge, happy hours, special workouts, etc.) It definitely feels like a strong, supportive community and I never feel out of place or alone in my fitness journey.
