Extremely dirty and unkept. When I joined it was clean and the owner seemed very particular about who joined. Now I think they take your pulse at the door to see if your eligible to be a member or not.Trust me look elsewhere!

Shocker to see bad reviews of this place. They continued to charge my card for almost 3 months after I left, no response nothing. I’ve called the bank and asked for a new card due to fraudulent charges…blocked them from doing this again. Shady people.

The staff was actually very nice, however they charge a ridiculous amount in fee when you start about $150 then 40$ a month plus if it’s 1 day late you’re getting a $20 charge. I would strongly recommend any other gym. Plus you get charges $20 to activate a card then you have to turn that card in or you get charged $20 again lol. Why not just deactivate the card ??? I’ve been to many different gyms and never had a problem except with snap fitness. No wonder there’s not many around and the ones that are around are the size of my bedroom

I joined for the hours. I like working out alone and I work at a place where exercising makes the most sense in the middle of the night. This gym is perfect for that.I have been a member for years and though my weight has fluctuated, the quality of the facility remains pleasant. It does get crowded if you go during the day, especially at peak times.Be sure to CLEAN YOUR MACHINES before and after use. Stay safe folks.

I canceled my membership to snap over a year ago and luckily I caught that they had been charging me for a monthly membership today. This place is a joke, the woman who runs the gym would always hover over myself and my girlfriend like we were up to something and would spray down equipment with vinegar while members were working out . The owner notified me that my new card was no longer on file and that I needed to come in and pay a cancellation fee with a new card. 75 dollars just to quit only to have them CONTINUE CHARGING MY NEW CARD. I will never recommend snap to any of my friends or family. Seems like from other reviews I've found I'm not the only one putting up with the sheisty behavior.

This gym stole a lot of money from a friend by tricking him into thinking he had to pay a cancel fee from two years ago. Lady called him up claiming he needed to pay it, and when he agreed and gave her card info, he finds she's been charging him monthly the whole time.Don't go here, they're desperate and trying to come up with ways to steal from you.

Nice gym that is not too busy. Would recommend to a friend. Price is higher than planet fitness but totally worth it

I like the vibe. Everyone there wants to work out and get out. However, people are friendly. Previously I was a member at the Y and too many folks used the workout room as a social gathering. Snap has the machines I need plus a spacious stretching room, which I also appreciate.

I love going to this gym and it is truly one of the highlights of my business trips each time I re-visit Cincinnati. I work for a tech-start up and also am a personal trainer on the side, so I travel frequently yet have a particular appreciation for a clean gym with great equipment. Fortunately the Snap Fitness at Ruwes Oak satisfies those stipulations and more. The owner and his family are fantastic and extremely kind and hardworking people. They have recently made wonderful modernizations to the gym, including a new squat rack and bench press, in addition to a studio room with a projector screen, i.e. you have everything you could ever ask for here! Been to many gyms nationwide, and multiple in Cincinnati but this one remains one of my favorites.
