Coach Kody has an amazing program for all ages . In addition structures young boys and girls self defense and discipline and respect . He also occasionally does training on an elite competitive level for my 14 year daughter old black belt cadet that’s a multi awards winning .

I enlisted my grandson for the classes and he has grown and learned so much. The quality of the equipment, the safety and Coach's dedication to each or the students is exceptional. My grandson participated in his first competition and did extremely well. I will recommend Coach Kody to anyone. Extremely professional.

Coach Kodylee is incredibly hardworking, passionate, & dedicated. I personally see how much time he spends devoting his time to Ksport & everyone that attends his classes, whether they'd be young or older— Coach Kody is always patient and knowledgeable. He's been doing this for years, so I completely trust that he's well educated and prepared to teach these classes. I've attended his kickboxing classes & I absolutely got my butt kicked...I LOVED IT. You get your moneys worth while enjoying what you do. Definitely recommend this place—first class is free btw!

Kody is a fantastic coach. He is clearly dedicated to the sport and works extremely well with students of all ages and levels. He demonstrates patience and cares about each person individually. In addition to helping progress his student’s athletics and pushing them to perform their best, he instills good morals and values. The facility is kept clean and he is always welcoming.
