Authentik Movement Training

PJ Camargo is amazing with what he does. His approach to fitness and wellbeing is fresh and creative, and really captures the essence of embracing natural body movement and mobility. Under his coaching, my 7 year old son has developed his Ninja warrior skills significantly. PJ has also been instrumental in helping me increase full body strength, and has dramatically helped increase my efficiency and confidence in running and in my Ironman events.

If you want a trainer that practices what he preaches, PJ is your guy! He will bring out the best in you and some. It's not a love/hate, it's more like a hate/love because you hate him during then love him after. He's also great with kids! All around functional training. Highly recommend!

Coach PJ is a fantastic teacher on many levels! Not only is he an expert at technique, but his approach psychologically is just as valuable. He really knows how to positively encourage and connect with my 7 year old son and can read what he needs from session to session.

PJ is professional, conscientious, punctual and an expert in the ninja field. He has been coaching my 6 year old son for 6 months and its the only sport my son is willing to continuously go to for this long! He has a positive mind set and the "you can do it" approach that encourages kids to do their best and not give up even if they have to try a move multiple times. He has a lot of patience with my son and helped him excel at his first ninja competition! Thank you very much for all that you do!

My grandson loves working with PJ. He teaches a skill, lets him try the skill, and then reteaches the part he didn’t do correctly. He also allows him to problem solve how to do different obstacles and then encourages him to figure out what went wrong. PJ. is energetic, enthusiastic, very skilled, and above all, patient with kids.I am so pleased he is training my grandson.

We have known PJ for 3 years thru ninja training. He makes challenging training and especially conditioning fun for kids every practice.He has helped my son with his American Ninja Warrior Jr application video, build the ninja rig in our yard & garage, and coached Nathanaël to many competition victories. Pj has also mentored Nathanaël over the last year spending quality time with him beyond ninja.We appreciate Pjs dedication to the sport and the athlete.

Coach PJ has been training our daughter in Ninja for the last couple of years. He is extremely talented in his technical training and has helped our daughter achieve national competitive goals.Not only is he superior in his training, but his vision, passion, and outlook on life set him apart from others.As parents, we pay close attention to who influences our kids' lives. The kids that train with Authentik Movement work hard but most importantly have fun.We are thankful for Authentik Movement and its culture. PJ (and Carli) have been a tremendous help in expanding my training knowledge and abilities. I've been an athlete since middle school but since I joined I've most definitely incorporated more diverse and functional components into my workouts, as well as emphasised the importance of the basic body movements. The group classes always have a welcoming and exciting environment, with accomodation for beginners and advanced people alike. PJ is always trying to create different movements and ways to evolve the body.

Great energy in class! PJ has helped change my attitude towards body movement! Without his help I would never be as far along as I am. I am over 50 and find the friends I have are slowing down while I am just getting started! He works well with a wide range of fitness levels! Come join us it’s a great workout!
