This has been my home studio for almost a year now after training and traveling between different studios. I have found this place to be one of the most comfortable and safest places to practice. The instructors are hands on and attentive. Before being spotted the instructor asked if it was for them to move my leg in a different position. I really enjoyed the respect and boundaries they give their students. Before positions are performed they are explained down to detail including finger placement! Thick mats are provided for every apparatus (even in pole with beginners!) In mixed level classes moves are modified to suit beginners and advanced levels. Definitely recommend to any curious about pole or aerial arts.

This studio does not focus on safety at all. Any kind of aerial training should be taken seriously and can result in serious injuries and even death if not done correctly. I am not trying to bad mouth this studio or be offensive, but safety should be the number one concern for anyone who teaches aerial and I feel that anyone who takes classes here for the first time without any prior training is at a major risk of injuring themselves.I came here after practicing for a year at another studio where I learned proper spotting techniques, as well as safety regulations for crash mats and rigging. They do not have the standard 8 inch thick crash mats, but instead a thin 1 inch mat that won't provide any protection for a serious fall. There is very little to no spotting provided by the instructor and the students are not taught how to spot each other. Also the class is only 55 minutes long, so only 5-10 minutes are spent warming up with just a few stretches. A proper warm up should last 15 - 20 minutes and include dynamic stretches as well as light cardio in order to prevent muscle and joint stress.During a lyra class, I watched a student practice a new move on a lyra that was 4 - 5 feet off the ground without any spotting from the instructor. When she messed up, she got stuck with her shoulders in a very dangerous position and someone had to grab a chair to help her get down. The instructor should never have let her practice a new move on the highest lyra without first practicing it closer to the ground. There's is also very little structure to the classes and the moves that are taught. Instead of focusing on one move or sequence and helping each student work through them with guidance and spotting, the instructor quickly shows a move and just lets everyone try it wherever they want. After everyone has only tried it once or twice, she moves on to another move, so you're often left without having had the chance to work through the previous move enough times to practice it correctly. It's unfortunate that the classes are not better structured and more safety oriented because they do have a great schedule and availability for classes and open gym practice. I hope that they start providing safer training practices, but until then, I do not recommend this studio.

I have been going to classes here for about 5 years. I started with Pole dancing and now also do Lyra, Aerial Hammock and Pilates. They have remodeled and also offer spinning, yoga, aerial dance, and various workshops. At Be Studios you have the chance to explore different types of exercise and dance and it really does feel like a family. I have made many friends from this positive and encouraging environment. I highly recommend that everyone try Be Studios! It's a fun way to work out and meet new friends.

Im having a wonderful experience here. I've been going to Pilates classes 2 times a week and have been since just after Labor Day.The instructors are great, the other students friendly and I've been able to get stronger after multiple knee injuries and have been more consistent with working out here than i have at other places.Looking forward to continuing here and hopefully trying some of their other classes soon.
