At first I was a little nervous, but I decided to change my lifestyle and give the free class a try after that class I was ready to join! Every class I have went to I have enjoyed not going to lie I’m out of shape, but they were there for me pushing me through. They are very good at what they do not only the trainers but the whole group I’ve worked out with have been very supportive and helped me push thru! I’m so excited to be apart of such a wonderful group

I wanted to cancel my membership, and instead, I was talked into freezing my account. I told them I was unsatisfied. I told them about the trouble it is to arrive regularly. They still wanted me to freeze instead. The policy is a guideline for them to follow. They can overlook one unsatisfied/unhappy member and do just fine. Orange theory does not work around my schedule with work and school. I'm not too fond of the hidden fees they rack people into after their first week. No one told me I had to buy a heart monitor when I started as an official member until after my 3rd class. The heart monitors are all for sale on Facebook because people quit Orangetheory for various reasons. I will not be recommending Orangetheory to anyone in the future. I tried to be nice. I called Corporate and will be speaking with them about this coercion I was put into.

Love this place! The workouts are awesome-full body and really tough but the coaches offer options to scale so you can truly workout there as a beginner or an advanced athlete. The coaches and the front desk folks are so kind. They are encouraging without being obnoxious and super helpful. We are so thankful that Orange Theory is here in Cleveland-it’s awesome!

I just joined OTF and have only done two classes so far, but I have really enjoyed both of them. I really felt like I got a quality workout in the hour I was there. It has been a while since I have been in a group exercise class so I appreciated the ability to do the workout at my own pace and ability while also feeling the motivation to push myself. The music is motivating as well as the atmosphere in general. Instructors and staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I joined OTF a little over a year ago…here are my thoughts…-The trainers and staff truly care about you, your progress, & your overall well being! They are so outgoing and are always checking on you-The community of others in the classes make it so much more enjoyable. I’ve met so many new people because of OTF. Different groups workout at different times but we are all part of the OTF family.-I wish I had joined a LONG time ago. It’s a daily challenge that is the most rewarding hour of your day.-You won’t regret it if you join

OTF is a great place! The staff is always very friendly, the coaches are attentive and do a great job of making sure we are doing things safely and correctly. The workouts are intense but you feel great after finish them.It is very very pricey though...so I don't know if its something you can do for a long time. Maybe just to get you started. I have done it for 2 months and I love it unfortunately because of the price this will probably be my last month doing it. I really only like working out if I am taking a class but there are a lot of other gyms in the area with classes at a much cheaper price. Plus you don't have the option to do any other sort of workouts that sucks because if you can't make it at any of the class times you are out of luck.
