Joined this gym after moving to Cleveland. Every worker is so personable and already knows me by name. The selling point was the steam room and the 2 hour free parking voucher, everyone should join this gym!

Ascend is a professional level gym with professional staff. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. The staff are friendly and available to help you, and the personal trainers are awesome. The equipment and facilities are kept squeaky clean, which is so nice. Been a member since day one, so I recommend Ascend to everyone. Join already!

Cannot say enough good things about this gym!!!! The staff is wonderfully attentive, the club is immaculately clean, the 24/7 access is incredibly appealing for a downtown facility and the equipment is fantastic for any type of workout. Just love this place:)
