I LOVE the atmosphere,I LOVE the variety of equipment and areas to workout in,I LOVE that there are group classes,All the staff are super friendly and helpful,And my favorite part are the cooling eucalyptus towels and sauna!Unfortunately, the classes are always at times when I can't come... There are never late night classes, which is the only time I can come... Also, the WEEKENDS are the only time I can come workout, but they close early 😅For someone who likes to workout at night time and isn't a morning person, it is impossible for me to workout and utilize the group classes....It's not worth the $70/ month if I can't utilize the classes. Also, the class schedule is really inconsistent... And you can only signup for classes 48 hrs. beforehand... So it forces you to constantly check the schedule and make last minute plans 😩 I can't stand the inconsistency. Also, I love the Les Mills COMBAT class... But they only have it once a month...One of my biggest pet peeves:The women all workout and then go straight into the sauna fully-clothed and sweaty. 🤢🤮🤢🤮 It's absolutely disgusting and insanitary. There's even a sign on the sauna door that says: no gym clothes in the sauna. And yet NO ONE 💯follows those rules. If you can't follow the rules, you shouldn't be allowed to use it. 🤷🏻‍♀️Due to the hours, inconsistency of classes, and price... I can't stay here even though I really like TAC

Super helpful, attentive and attitude-free staff. The vibe amongst members there is also really upbeat and attitude-free. It is the one place I look forward to giving my time and money to daily.

They won't let you cancel a membership in person and then continue to charge your credit card after confirming cancellation over email! Stole $300 from me before I noticed. Ultimately got a refund but it took several phone calls. They were very casual and dismissive in correspondence. Seemed like negligence rather than malice, but still not 100% sure they'll refrain from charging my card in the future. Save yourself the headache and choose a different gym!

This gym is truly the finest in Cleveland. I consider TAC to be my second home, love this place.

Pretty cool gym, but unfortunately, you get harassed by political activists in the lobby. I go to the gym to get away from that kind of thing. I asked the manager if it is normal, he said he is only going to welcome that person and a few more times, so clearly they hold a political stance. Very annoying when it comes to lifting, this type of business practice will always warrant a low score from me and my wife. The manager seemed to have a flippant attitude when I asked him about it. Hopefully they change this, I know a lot of people who would love to use the gym and would be made very uncomfortable by this sort of thing

This gym is a top tier facility owned by people of the highest moral and ethical character! Highly recommend for a great workout.

Exceptional. Always clean. Always well-maintained. Always a good variety of equipment available for all fitness levels and age groups. Staff friendly and vested in clients' efforts. Membership cost more than a fair value.

Great location and vibes 👌 it's good to know full equipment gyms exsist still probably only good one in ClevelandOnly thing I noticed drinking water fountains x2 taste awful paying 100 bucks a month they should pay attention to filter intervals is way passed do. should have a clip board and sticker reminder right on the fountain and be on top of it so members can see it.Just have to bring my own water forNow and bigger bottle.

I just moved to Cleveland from Denver and have been looking for a gym, this is by far the best gym I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! It is the least bit intimidating, the staff is awesome (thank you Lawrence!), and the gym itself is stunning. I could not recommend this gym more.

Very cool gym! The machines are well maintained, the gym is immaculate, the staff is super nice, and overall the place has good vibes. The only issues are their hours and membership discount policy.1. They close on Fridays at 8pm.. which makes no sense!! Why is Friday different than every other weekdays? Because thestaff wants to go home earlier? Guess what.. people want to work out after work at their regular times.2. They close at 7 on weekends. For the membership price this is not fair. Please extend your weekend hours until at least 9 pm on the weekends. At 7 pm on weekends there are at least 15-20 people enjoying their work out but kicked out at 7 on the dot…I understand staffing issues and the financial consequences it might have but honestly with the membership price just being raised the small extra cost can be absorbed..3. The already known Cleveland Clinic vs MetroHealth different membership discount at the two different sites… which people have already been complaining of… people live in different areas than they work..4. They don’t really work as a franchise system (eg LA Fitness) instead two separate, loosely associated entities that share the same name and I presume leadership...5. Please have a board of directors meeting and discuss these issues. Hear the public voice!! Hear what people want! People have been raising these issues in the previous comments for years! Get a fair, transparent, mutually discounted membership system! Extend Friday and weekend hours! Hear us! And this will be the best gym in the world!! That being said I still gave you guy five stars! Thanks for considering these issues!!!
