The Warrensville Heights YMCA is a warm caring and nurturing environment. It provides services to the total community Seniors as well as youth. We use the. Equipment and pool to work out and exercise daily. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I also appreciate the one day trips it provides to the community. It has proven to a great collaboration. The residents appreciate having a facility such as the YMCA in the Warrensville community. It enhances the quality of health to everyone.

The aquatic aerobics is so great wished I had the time to come everyday, The pool is always warm and the staff is always welcoming.

We love this place for its community and friendly staff and members. The one draw back is that there have been some gnarly maintenance issues over the last year -- it seems to be a recurring issue keeping the pool and locker room up to functioning. But we are loyal and continue to go here, because the community is so wonderful.

The staff is very nice and professional and the place is so very clean and I like to go there for aquasize and to work out on the equipment and learn other things should give the staff a raise and appreciation party

I love it very comfortable and staff nice. I seen a rate of one star for dang sauna bench trust me I go everyday to sauna that does not downgrade this place at all. I highly advice this place for your gym or place to get peace of mind

The facility is nice and clean from what I've seen but the ladies at the front desk are slow. Enrollment takes an hour. I don't understand why. I came in to pay for my fee I was approved for the scholarship. I came in on a Thursday she told me I had to come back next Wednesday because that's was the day the fee is waived but my fee had already been waived so i didn't understand why she couldn't just take my info came back the next week it took them over an hour again to find paper enroll 2 people ahead of me . She had to keep coming back to ask me the same questions it was very frustrating. It seemed like this was their first day doing enrollments.
