I’ve been coming to this studio for over a year and it’s become a part of my daily routine. The instructors are great and the front desk staff are always super helpful. I’m a regular at Toni and Peter’s classes. Jennifer at the front desk goes above and beyond to take care of any scheduling issues and is always there to greet everyone enthusiastically. Love coming here!

I have been attending club Pilates for almost two years. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this location. I always leave class feeling rejuvenated and strong! The management staff if exceptional. Jen in particular is always available to offer guidance, support or recommendations. I am beyond pleased with my experience and will continue to be an advocate for Club Pilates in Clifton!!! I strongly recommend others to join! You will not be disappointed!

I walked into this establishment to learn more about Pilates and potentially consider a membership. The two women at the front desk were rude and demeaning. I am no longer interested and I would causation minorities from considering this specific location.

Terrible Experience with management the instructors are fantastic but overall experience was frustrating. I’ve been to other studios where they don’t complicate being a member and make underhanded policies. You are always on a waitlist to enter a class and can’t use all your credits so you have to call every single time to extend them if you can’t make a class you loose your credits if you don’t cancel 12 hrs before. If you decided to end your membership and can’t use them before the month because you can get into the classes! you can’t use your credits which you paid for??? They blamed it on not being covered under their insurance which just means they don’t want to pay their insurance company and transfer the loss on the customer. You have to have a personal secretary to manage your classes with this studio. Go anywhere else but here I’m saving you the headache spend the $200 a month somewhere else.

Instructors are awesome but I didn't have a good experience with staff/manager. I joined their 3 month commitment program and had to pay an extra month because of their policy. From day 1 I told them only 3 months but manager was unable to help with this. I shared that I was struggling with money and if they can possibly put my payment on hold until the next month but manager was uncaring. I also signed up for the watch challenge and completed it but never received credit for this. When I asked about the credit the manager seemed to not care and provided me with more rules I needed to complete that were not stated on the site. I won't be going back to this studio.

Great classes and awesome staff!UPDATE! BE AWARE! After spending over 2 years at the studio through COVID, then losing my car to Ida in September bc I was in class and got trapped since the studio neglected to close despite storm warnings, I now got a wonderful job opportunity and they refused to cancel my membership for Nov bc my billing cycle was already within the 30 day mark (called on 11/1 to be told my billing cycle was a few days eaelier) so they continue to charge me although I can't physically go. Sadly they must clearly only care about the money so avoid the trap. To the owner - Farrah Watkins, please consider how your patrons feel when there is no wiggle room for policies towards those of us who have been loyal and respectful of your facility.

Very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are excellent and all different styles. Classes change up and it's always fun and a great work out.
