Come to this planet fitness because it’s close to my job. The Best. I get here at 5AM, showers are really clean. Never felt comfortable showering and getting ready at any gym, but I feel super comfortable here. It’s completely changed my life for the better.

I paid 100$ for less then a month of gym membership. I paid for 2 months and only got to go for less then one month. Obviously this isn't something that should be happening. Obviously this is a shady business move. It would be nice for you to recognize this instead of hiding behind a contract that makes no sense. A contract designed to keep customers trapped in a payment plan. Can I please be reimbursed for the month that I will not be attending the gym? I had to drive all the way from Michigan to cancel. A national gym membership means you should be able to cancel nationally at any gym. Please try to understand this from a customers point of view! You guys ripped me off to an extreme.

Clean, organized, tons of machines, good atmosphere, pleasant staff. Best PF I've been to :)

Love how equipment are up to date and very clean facility. Plenty of machines for everyone to use and not over crowded.

I really enjoy this location. The window make it special for a planet fitness and make it feel better when inside. The location is big and feels spacious.

I paid 100$ for less then a month of gym access. I had to drive 600 miles back from Michigan to cancel my plan because the "national" gym membership is only able to be canceled at the gym you got it at. Ugh.......

I paid 100 for less then 30 days of gym access. I drove over 600miles back to NJ just to cancel my plan. I tried calling and going to my local gym in Michigan to cancel but no one could do anything. They asked me to get a verified letter from the post office to send in order to cancel. None of this makes sense. I feel majorly SCAMMED. Planet Fitness actively prevents its customers from canceling. This is not fair. And is unethical terrible business practice.

Staff member Will from this location was amazing. I walked in on a tuesday night, spoke with Will and 2 other desk staff, and was encouraged to compare this location to my current one. I got lost, found an elevator, pressed floor 2 and was impressed. I loaded up some weights on what seemed to be a rather new VERTICAL smith machine, and burned myself out in a half hour or so. I will definitely be stopping in here again!

Been a member for almost a year now, the staffs are nice and welcoming. One thing I loved was that people weren’t filming just working out and leaving but now we have the tripods and cameras and I feel it will only get worst from here. I hope they implement a no filming policy because these people do not respect anyone’s privacy as we have seen numerous times on social media. And I also wish they would fix machines quickly since they don’t have much to begin with. 5 stars mostly for the staffs 😊
