Went here for 4 days and cancelled. Bathroom / locker room are disgusting. When I addressed this with management they said they fired the overnight cleaning crew and haven’t replaced them. The place sits in filth till one of the staff decide to clean whenever they arrive for their shift mid morning.

I don’t know who is in charge of the lockers rooms but around 10pm to closing, the area (especially the floor) is always dirty and covered in puddles. Someone needs to take care of that ASAP.

Clean gym and friendly staff. Management and staff are always working to make sure of it too. If you can, upgrade to the black card for the lounge. The massage chair after a strenuous workout, make it all worth it in the end. The hydro chair and bed are worth it too.

Will C was very helpful in making my first experience here better than I thought! Signed up for black card as well and got the most amazing massage after which was def needed!!! Very clean gym and amazing customer service! 5 stars+++

New equipments but no supervision, they keep advertising for 10 bucks deals to get more people in, they have signs to clean after using equipment and they have enough wipes and disinfectants trough out the facility, the problem is there are people ignoring the rules and i shouldnt be the one to remind, they have express 30 min zone supposely every equipment should be used for a minute again they have signs english and spanish same story not only many people do not clean after themself but they also use the equipments for cell phone using, equipments are occupied 10-15 mins maybe even more, if there are rules and people signed up knowing them the rules should be enforsed! aww for a lot of people the best part when you want to cancel, they dont even want to know the reason why 🤣 since there are more than enough people signing up with their $10 deals everyday, they really dont care about making improvements for making it a better gym!

Clean and well maintained gym. Equipments and facility are well taken care of. Not too crowded ( the app is great to identify the crowd t the gum )Special shout out to the crew - very helpful and friendly. Always willing to listen and ready to offer help.

I’ve been coming to this planet fitness for a couple of weeks and it’s by far the cleanest and nicest planet fitness I’ve seen. The employees are so good, thoughtful, and helpful. Especially that one worker Will. Anything I need he assist me instantly. Everyone needs a membership at this planet fitness on Bloomfield Ave!!!!!
