I chose Crossfit because I wanted to be challenged with my workouts and improve my overall conditioning and strength. It has helped me obtain these goals as well as taught me skills I never thought I would possess (you can teach a medium aged pup new tricks)!! I chose Tribute Strength because of its location/accessibility. Upon my initial drop ins, I found I did not feel like a stranger in a group of people who already knew each other. I was accepted with a warm reception and as a plus…I found the facility to be well laid out and clean. What keeps me coming back?? The coaches…the members…the supportive community!! A bunch of genuine folks who share a similar interest…becoming better one day at a time while all along helping others achieve the same. The coaches actually keep track of our goals and provide individualized guidance in obtaining them. They know our capabilities and hold us accountable. I’m also an adrenaline junky who totally enjoys the feeling of accomplishment that follows the completion of each wod. Strongly recommend you drop in for a visit ;)

I was a “member” of a regular gym, but never worked out. I would walk around for 40 minutes and run on the treadmill for 10 minutes. For me, going to the gym wasn’t exciting at all, beyond boring. Everything changed for me when I joined Tribute Strenght CrossFit. I went from not being able to pick up and empty bar properly, to doing things I never thought I would be able to do, like rope climbing. Everyday is a different day at Tribute Strenght. I love the support and challenges that our atmosphere creates.

I’ve been weight training for many years and was hesitant to try crossfit. I made the move nine months ago and I’m truly happy I did. Tribute Strength made it easy. The coaches and members are extremely helpful. Excellent environment, really glad to be a part of it!!!!

A lot of people dread going to the gym. Nobody ever dreads going to Tribute. I started Crossfit here about eight months ago, it's been eight months of compassion and vigor. Relationships are forged here; the Crossfit community is great and I couldn't ask for friendlier workout partners. Coach Aimee and Coach Greco have built an awesome community with their devotion to their members and desire to see us succeed. JT and Jen deserve a ton of love too. Love coming here and I can't wait for many more years of Tribute.

If you are looking for a great work out, and all around great gym Tribute is the place! Here are the reasons why: The programing is fantastic, you will work every body part with well balanced work outs.the mix of strength and cardio is perfectthe coaches are sooo encouraging they will inspire you to be better than you were the day beforethe owners know each and every member, they coach them, work out with them and know their capabilities when it comes to movements and exerciseseveryone goes at their own pace and you are encouraged to keep up with yourself and only yourself and you are compared to what you did last time not what other class members can doLastly, I have never been a member at a gym where the owners actually care about your results, and personally help you get to achieve your goals. It is good for your body, mind and soul!

I started my Crossfit adventure in March 2013 and before I committed to one, I tested out several gyms/boxes and met many different coaches. Some were awful and some were amazing, which is why I can reassure you that at Tribute Strength you will not experience an intimidating atmosphere. The owners are friendly, kind and very accommodating! I have seen Coach Greco correct his members’ in non-intimidating, low volume voice, which is really nice, especially when you are new, nervous and/or anxious. Coach Aimee has a big heart and a desire to help everyone around her and she made that obvious to me as soon as I met her. The other coaches and members are all very friendly and welcoming. This is a family friendly gym! This is not the kind of gym were you will be embarrassed or made fun of. You will walk in, perhaps a little nervous, but I can assure you that you will quickly notice this is the right gym for you. If you live near Woodland Park and want to try Crossfit, go for it! You will not regret it!

If you want to try CrossFit, but are hesitant to, you have to come to Tribute Strength. The coaches are awesome! The members are incredibly friendly! Every workout, modified or not, makes you stronger. This coming April, will be my second year of fitness fun at TS! Before TS, I had never been so excited and committed to working out at a gym.

I have been a member at Tribute Strength-CrossFit Woodland Park since they opened and couldn’t be happier. The owners, Joe and Aimee, are the best around the area. They as well as all their coaches are knowledgeable and genuine people who care deeply for their members and always have your best interest in mind.I can’t be any happier to be part of the community of people who encourage and motivate each other every single day!Added bonus, they have coffee available for the 5:15 am and 6:15 am classes. They also throw amazing holiday parties. If you are thinking of trying Crossfit for the first time, traveling and need a place to drop in at or looking for a new challenge definitely give Tribute Strength a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The coaches - especially Joe and Amy are awesome. Having worked out my entire life but never in a cross fit environment - they've been nothing short of great in teaching me movements I've never attempted before and the workouts create a new level of muscle confusion that leaves me wanting to get better and better. Awesome gym - go try it out and you won't be disappointed.
