I joined BCS over a year ago. Brad, Izzy, Emily, Jared and all of the other trainers have been amazing. The team is so friendly and they know what workouts are best for you and your goals. I highly recommend joining BCS Fitness.

Fantastic locally owned business. Great people! I love this place. For someone who has never liked gyms or classes, this is perfect. The trainers are sensitive to individual needs. Classes are small and the workouts really do produce results.

BCS fitness was a great partner/program before the pandemic. But what has impressed me more has been how they have reinvented themselves since the pandemic. Client safety is the #1 priority. We are spaced out, we have our own equipment, and you can see them clean it frequently. More importantly, they have made every resource available to allow people to participate both in person and virtually at the same intensity as before and help me stay accountable. I love spending my mornings with the people in my “pod”. We encourage each other, we laugh, and WE SWEAT. If you are like me and need someone to keep you on task, The coaches at BCS fitness will do that for you.

Love working out at BCS Fitness! There's a great community there and the trainers push you enough to grow but not too much. Since I started four months ago, I've lost fat, gained muscle, and am much better overall shape.UPDATE: Nearly a year later, I still love this gym! I think I’m in better shape than I’ve been in years, and I’m still having fun! Even during shelter-in-place, they’re keeping us burning calories and building muscle!

Personalized small group coaching in a positive and friendly environment. Short workout sessions that provide results. Nutrition support is helpful to focus on eating to fuel the body. BCS Fitness focuses on helping to improve fitness and wellness with an approach that supports the entire person. The trainers are knowledgeable and make the experience enjoyable. Joining BCS Fitness South has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health and well being while being in college at Texas A&M! Every single one of the trainers are so nice and care about each one of their clients. They have helped me immensely with my weight loss journey & I actually enjoy and look forward to every workout with them!
