All of the trainers at BODY20 are great, but Ethan is top tier. He always makes sure my form is correct and incorporates exercises to help any old injuries.

BODY20 is a unique, effective 20 min workout that is both fun and very challenging! The staff is friendly and trained to customize the experience to your specific needs! Although they are all amazing, I train often with Ethan Z. and love his humor, enthusiasm and encouragement! - I highly recommend trying a free demo session!

I absolutely love it here. The vibe is incredible and I always leave feeling better than I arrived. Honestly, Ethan S is the best trainer I could have hoped for. He knows where I want to be by the end of it and makes sure to push me (whether I want him to or not lol) because he’s committed to getting me the result I’m looking for. 100% would recommend Body20 AND Ethan S to anyone really looking to change their life and start on the road to a healthier one. My trainer, Christi Greer is amazing. She help me get through my first 20 minute cardio session. The exercise routine with amazing, and the music was just what I needed to keep me going. Christi made my exercising fun, which to help me get through the whole 20.minutes. Thank you Christi.

Body20 is a great 20 min workout. I leave feeling like I have been at the gym for 2 hours. I also feel more focused and rejuvenated after my workouts. My coach is Ethan S. and he gets 5 stars. He is encouraging and he challenges me at each workout. I have seen a difference in my strength since I started!
