You get your first week for free and free Saturday workouts. Programming is fantastic and all the trainers are great. Have heard they have the best prices in cstat. Gig 'em!

Incredible Crossfit. They are very well organized and have a great workouts. The best part about this Crossfit is you get the energy of their large groups (25-35), but they have enough coaches to make it feel like you are being personally coached everyday (the coaches would tailor make workouts for me that were too hard for a beginner).
